La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida en un restaurante a sido en este lugar...fuimos mi esposo mi hijo de 4 años y yo la mesera tomo nuestro pedido que fue un aperitivo y una chaufa para 2 personas con sus bebidas y 2 platos del menú de niños. ...cuando trajeron a la mesa los 2 platos de menu de niños. 3min después vino la mesera que estaba encargada del turno con muy mala actividad a decirnos en estas mismas pal abras .....les voy a decir para que la próxima vez no pasen un mal rato que cuando ahí un solo niño en la mesa no se puede pedir 2 platos del menú de niños. Después de estas palabras se fue. mi esposo y yo no sabíamos eso. la razón que lo hicimos fue porque eran unos nugets y queríamos que le sobrará para que trajera un poco a casa. Luego le pregunté a ella qué la mesera no me había comunicado esto cuando habíamos hecho la orden y me dijo pues estas son las reglas del restaurante. No tienen educación , el servicio al cliente muy malo,lugar es muy pequeño las mesas superior incómodas el área mala y el precio de los platos no son acorde ni al lugar nI al servicio...NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ...ES SUPER MALO ESTE RESTAURANTE.

Ok i was invited here by two friends who spoke nothing but good things about this place.. i dont know if we came on a bad day or what? But the waitress was always confused for two drinks that we had she kept confusing who had what and kept bringing the wrong drinks. The food wasnt bad but for its location it was pricey for such a small restuarant, 18$ per plate is too much and yea as for the two drinks we ordered was a corona and a drink i cant even write correctly was 11$ i see why they dont add drink prices on the menu, makes me feel they charhe you whatever they want. The only meal we had a problem was with the churrasco that my friend ordered well done and the lady brought it medium rare, again its as if she wasnt even really paying attention to us or cared. We asked for more bread and wouldnt bring it to us it took us asking another waitress that came to bring us our bread. Not the best experience not a place i plan on going back to. For 90$ tab for three people ill go some where nicer. If you do like the food here i just say order and pick it up dont waste your time sitting in.

The service is horrible. I like the salmon there and its the only reason why Ive gone back. The waitresses have no idea how to speak to the customers. All in Spanish. So there is no excuse for ignorance. You tell them you are upset and they say my pleasure. What??? Really??? Today I placed an order for pick up because we only had one hour to get there eat and return to a job. When we got there they told us they did not place our order because they knew we where going to eat there and they are not allowed to put the food unless we arrive. Really? They screwed our lunch. We have not had breakfast. Had a long work day, going to have a long work night until 11:30pm and all with no meal because of a psychic waitress. Im finding another place to eat my salmon. This place has one of the worse service and policies in this city that already lacks a good service industry. What a Shame. I would die if I ever got a bad review in my business. I cant understand how this little business that should be reaching out to their customers push them away instead.

El servicio de este restaurante es muy regular. La mesera que nos atendió no era amable, dejaba los platos en la mesa de mala gana, poco profesional. El lugar es de aspecto no muy limpio, no tiene iluminación. Las comida no es nada especial, las porciones pequeñas, el arroz chaufa estaba un poco salado. Nisiquiera tiene buenos precios, con lo mismo que pagamos hubiéramos ido a un restaurante del "miami spice"!!!. El vaso de jugo es 50% hielo. La relación precio/calidad es pésima! No volveré nunca a este restaurante!

muy mala experiencia estuve una ves y me cobraron 100 $ dolares por dos platos de comida el servicio malisimo la camarera muy grocera !! Por segunda ves estando en el mismo mall pedi permiso super nice porque el niño se me estaba haciendo pipi y necesitaba usar el baño y no podia aguantar mi hijo tiene 6 añitos y me dijeron que no tenian baño nuevamente la Misma camarera super grocera no se los recomiendo para nada hay muchisimos lugares que nada que ver con este !!!!

I have been there through the years about 5 or 6 times. Problems are...When the food is great, its awesome, alas, the quality is not consistent. And I think thats what begets most of the Bad Food reviews. What is consistent though, is that it is by FAR the worst service of any Peruvian restaurant and I can say I have tried most of them. Most of the waitresses treat you as if theyre doing you a favor. Most of the times, they get the order wrong. I went with 2 friends once and I was told I couldnt sit at a table with 4 chairs so, they made us sit at a 2- seater table and another seat was added. They add the tip to the bill by making a squiggle to make you think thats the tax. Im not kidding. I imagine this is a managerial trick anyway. And by the way, what is the stinginess with the bread??? Are these French people serving ice cubes?? I recommend you drive farther south and try Dr. Limon. So-so service. Great food.

A menudo suelo frecuentar restaurantes Peruanos y lo he disfrutado, pero SALMON RESTAURANT ha sido una experiencia DESAGRADABLE , EL SERVICIO ES PESIMO, TE TRATAN SIN CORTESIA NI SE PREOCUPAN POR LOS REQUERIMIENTOS DE LOS CLIENTES. el servicio fue horrible. Pedi para llevar y no me agregaron un plato q pedi y pague. Ademas lo peor del lugar es q si pagas con tarjeta debes tener mucho cuidado porq la troquelan, es decir, le sacan copia con una maquina a tu tarjeta e ilegalmente se quedan con los numeros y el serial de ti debit/credit card. Nunca regresare sin dudas, me hecharon a perder el domingo.

La comida es espectacular me encanto pero el servicio en unos de los turnos es super malo llegue al lugar me quede parada en la puerta como 20 minuto y nadie me atendía las meseras estaban haciendo compras de carteras y cosméticos en realidad no entendi nada el manager que haga mejor su trabajo porque de verdad la atencion es malísima

it was horrible the waiters are horrible they never put a smile.i order a tilapia it took 30 MINUTES to bring my food.but when they brought my food it wasnt a tilapia it was a steak and the lady SAID they do NOT serve MEAT?i was confused.so i call the lady and she just took it.15 MINUTES later she said nothing!!!i call for payment and i told her about the the fish until now she was give me the food no im never coming back? AND THERE WHERE GIVING MONEY THEY WHERE GIVING 5 DOLLARS WHAT?! IM NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS RESTURANT I HOPE THEY READ THIS AND IMPROVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY HORRIBLE RESTURANT NEVER GOING BACK NOT EVEN IN A MILLION YEARS
