My boyfriend and I went for dinner and drinks last night and we had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is trendy and relaxing, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We were helped by Eduardo and Paola. When trying a new place I never know what to get, but Eduardo was amazing and brought me all of their sauces so I could try them to help me decide. He really went above and beyond to make our experience great and make sure I ordered something I would enjoy! Paola took great care of us, giving us delicious churros and recommending tequila. It is really difficult to find somewhere on the beach that is really worth splurging for, in terms of service and food quality, Ross Mexicana lived up to it and then some!

Well, besides the comments, we wanted to give it a try...big mistake! it takes more than 10min for someone to approach and ask for your drinks, then 15min for 3flautas as an appetizer (1pm restaurant empty) at that time we ordered our main plate, after 45min server approached wondering if we have received our food, she goes to the kitchen and comes with to plates cold as a fridge, we ask for 2 extra plates they brought both of dirty, we had to asked for them to heat our food, in conclusion we are not coming to this place never again, big disappointed, also seems that there is no management to be on top of the service big disappointment.

Horrible!!!! DONOT come here, there are many more oltions aroundAfter I signed off my credit card payment, I almost walked out without my card, the waitress had "forgotten" to give it to me because it "was misplaced with other receipts", hence that there were maybe 6 other tables (place was practically empty) intent of stealing my card is not the issue because it can easily be reported, her reaction was completely unacceptable and turned her back on me when I told her that her service was good but that mistake was upsetting. I will never go there again

Food was just OK. The service was terrible. Our waitress never once came over to the table to ask if we wanted anything else or how we liked the food. It took her 20 minutes to bring the check after we had asked for it. An extremely loud group of three trashy women was seated next to us, carrying on like immature high school girls screaming and yelling and making fools of themselves. No one in management reprimanded them. I would never go back again!

Oh what a bad experience. Besides the really SLOW service. (10 min to somebody stopped by the table, 20 min to get water, 20 min to order, 20 min to get appetizer) and so on. Food was just bad, the shrimp ceviche was so tasteless not even with the taste of lime. And then shrimp tacos; with only 2 little shrimps btw and the tortillas cold. It was just bad.

Spicy food, be warned. The venue is nice and has a hip vibe to it. Queso fundido is on point. The Polo Pibil was juicy and smothered in savory cheese. The Tres Enchildas was good but very spicy and a little too salty, the manager was kind enough to take this away when we mentioned the salt. Over all a good experience, albeit pricey for the cuisine.

Veeeeeery slooooooow service! Food is below mediocre. Cooks dont know what Mexican kitchen means. Steak had one end burned - other supper chewy. Rice were hard and cold. Had to ask for every little thing: extra plates, more water, salsa, chips, salt,pepper, to take away dirty dishes etc. Clearly they dont care if you come back or not.

Absolutely terrible ordered steak fajitas not on menu extremely oily like bucket oil listen to my review dont try this place guacamole 14.50 you kidding me waiter came once to take my order back that was nice but I dont know about you but once you try something bad its pointless to order something else. Never again go back

$15 margaritas and guacamole is $14.50. Total tourist trap rip off. Mexican food supposed to be fun and affordable but at this place, theyre trying to cover their monthly bills on one customers bill. Ill go hungry and thirsty before I get suckered into spending my hard earned money here. Prices are insane!

The server wasnt very friendly and he kept telling us that he was very busy. But yet had time to check on the other tables more frequently. We got to the point where we started asking any waiter that passed by for what we needed. This location needs to work on its customer service skills.

great and authentic place....Good food ...I ordered a glass of sangria that is the smallest wine glass.. And also I couldnt taste wine in it. like red juicy water....They put a big apple slice and lots of ice... I really upset .dont lose your reputation in Miami beach... thank you/...

cant tell you how the food was bc we sat there for 15 min and no one helped us. No water, no "ill be right with you"... I am not to leave once i am seated but I left here. I refuse to pay for food and a 18% gratuity for horrible service. Once they saw us getting up they wanted to help.

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Never go back to that place ,the service was poor.The food was horrible and nasty .I found two hairs in my plate,and the general manager did not give the money back.Do not go to Rosa mexicano ever is expensive and the food is not good. The food do not taste mexican.

This place is over-priced and under-par. The service is terrible and the food is average. Not worth it. If oyu want something mexican go to Taco Rico across the street and save yourself some money. If you want fine dining mexican then visit Mocadito. Do not waste your money here.

Probably the best service on south beach without having to completely break the bank. Guacamole is delicious, steak tacos are A+, floutas are a must have, and if you are feeling up for it, get the Chamorro, crispy and tender. Oh, and the drinks are pretty good too!

I am a 10 year old boy and my mom brought me here. This is a dream come true Mexican style. The service was excellent. The surroundings were so colorful and the music was awesome. Gino was our server. I plan to come here next time. I am glad to be here.

Good frozen margaritas. Great chips and pretty good salsa. Definitely try the salmon kale salad -- tasty. Good outdoor patio/scene. Very similar to NYs Dos Caminos chain, if youre familiar. Recommended. (Im a Texan, so my tastes run to Tex-Mex.)

I dined here about a month ago and I have to say it was one of the best choices in Miami! The tacos were phenomenal and their manager Dan Munteanu is one of the best! I would highly recommend this place anytime to someone in that area!

The food is very tasty and it follows with traditional Mexican recipes, the guacamole is a popular item, now, about the drinks, their "micheladas" are not made properly and their margaritas either, so I I will not go there for drinks.

I was floored at how excellent the food, service, and presentation was here. Everything I ate was absolutely delicious and fresh, and I left feeling satisfied without spending much. The corn and guacamole were the best tastes I had!
