10s!!! Everything about this place is amazing! When I called to make the reservation, the attendant asked me how we heard about them and I am always so hesitant to tell them that I’ve gotten it off a coupon site like Groupon or Living Social because 90% of the time that is like putting a target on your forehead. Cibo fell into that amazing 10%. The décor; atmosphere; and service is amazing. Let me give you a tour around the room (keep in mind that none of these stations are small; they are of the best quality; and they are all impeccable): cheese bar; desert bar; meat appetizer bar; customized, per client, not premade sitting under a heat lamp, personal pizza bar; prime rib bar; pasta bar; and omelet bar. I know I’m missing something but you get the idea. Again, I purchased this on Living Social, 2 for the price of one and it only cost me $35. This place is well worth paying full price of $35 per person but at $35 for two…UNBELIEVABLE!! Also, whenever I make reservations using a coupon, I always ask what the additional fees will be as they always try to sneak some in but the Cibo’s agent that took my reservation said “tip and tax and that’s it”. I was still expecting to receive my bill and then have to duke it out with the manager or with Living Social because something extra was added but to my surprise, it wasn’t necessary. I’m planning on buy several of these for the holidays as I know that I won’t be embarrassed by giving this as a gift.

Upon arrival the hostess seats us and then five minutes later she comes back to the table to ask us if we have a reservation meanwhile half of the tables were empty. After waiting 15 minutes of no one coming to our table , another hostess asked if we were being helped. She proceeds to take our drink order, and then 5 minutes after that our waitress decides to show up and apologize about not tending to us . The bus boy brings us water and then she brings us water too. Talk about being disorganized. Then again after another five minutes the bus boy asks us if we would like bread , I mean come on are you kidding me!!! The waitress did not even come to the table to refill the water we had to do it ourselves , some skills are lacking here. When she took our checked she went to the hostess and they decided to laugh. Its a shame that the service sucks!!! Im Sicilian and thats why we decided to come to an authentic Italian however the place did not meet up to its standards I really hope the owner reads this because the restaurant fa scevo!!!!!!!

I chose this restaurant for the location and type of cuisine to celebrate our anniversary. It was fantastic from the moment we walked in! It is beautifully designed, very lofty and industrial yet eclectic. We decided to have a drink at the bar first as we were a little early. Not only do they have the typical bar stools and high top tables, but they have comfortable couches as well. I had the white sangria which is the BEST I have ever had! They have outdoor seating but we decided to sit inside due to the open kitchen and gorgeous interior. The homemade bread was delicious and we both had pasta. It was cooked to perfection! The service was impeccable.. the staff were attentive, funny and continuously taking care of us. The manager was always monitoring the dining room which I appreciate. Even the valet gentleman was great! He took some great photos for us! I know the rooftop is closed during summer months but I want to come back to visit that and HAVE TO COME BACK FOR MORE SANGRIA!!!!

My wife and I came to Cibos wine bar for our 1st wedding anniversary. The entire staff is very friendly, probably one of the best dining experiences weve had in a long time. I had the linguini with white clam sauce and my wife had the lobster ravioli. Food was excellent, and very reasonably priced for the great quality and portions. Chris the GM surprised us with champagne before dinner and lemon drop shots after. Defiantly coming back here and recommend this to anyone who would like to be treated like a king and queen for the night. Not to even mention the atmosphere. You can hang out in the huge modernized bar area, or in the dining room, or even on the roof top bar. We even reserved a table online. It was simple and fast, a child could have figured it out.We will definitely be coming back here the next time were in south beach.

Horrible. We were a hungry group of 8 looking forward to a wonderful evening and it was everything but. 3 of us had to choose another main course because they were out of what we originally wanted. One of our selections arrived and it wasnt even close to the way it was described on the menu and when we ask the waiter and the manager about it we received ridiculous attitude. Couldnt wait to get out. Barely finished our food and needless to say , went somewhere else for coffee and dessert. Very disappointed. Almost ruined our evening but then went down to Prime Italian for coffee and dessert and the service was great and had a fabulous time.

They are cheaters, and have extremely bad customer service. I specifically asked both hostess and manager to redeem my Groupon before i had dinner on a weeknight, the manager told me no problem - only to surprise me at the end with the full bill and an extremely confrontational, annoying attitude saying I could use the Groupon only on a weekend (when it clearly states otherwise).First, get your staff trained on customer service and communication, then stop working with Groupon if you cant comply. Worst experience Ive ever had in Miami.

Excellent Italian wine bar. With a superb Brunch on Sundays and Saturdays. They have a 2 story Wine Wall behind glass. A beautiful wine attendant is lifted by a wire to retrieve the specific bottles. The food is delicious. They have Lobster Tuesdays which is one of my favorites. For a reduced price you can get a selection of Lobster dishes including Lobster Thermador and linguini Lobster. Where else can you get a lobster meal for $22.00 on South Beach. This is one of my favorite restaurants and I highly recommend it!

Delicious classic Italian and a beautiful location steps away from the ocean. Have visited the Miracle Mile location and this Cibo did not disappoint. Food came out hot and fresh and beautifully prepared. Drink was pretty small compared to Gables location but they were made well, and service could have been better too but the waitress and other staff was very courteous. Youll find yourself falling into awe with the décor of the entire restaurant as well. Its a busy and bustling, yet comfortable dining experience.

Phenomenal place!! My wife reserved a table for my birthday and I was expecting something formal, but this place is both elegant but relaxed Perfect for a night out and special occasions!! The layout of the restaurant is formidable and their glass wine cellar is just spectacular. Now the food is just amazing and prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the service from the reception to the waitresses and chef!! It has become a must every time we come to South Beach
