La comida es deliciosa. El servicio es terrible. No hay organización ni modales. Cero. Ninguno. Detesto venir aquí. El único motivo por el que vengo es porque a mis viejos les encanta su comida. NUNCA LLAME. Lo tendrán en espera por 30min y luego tomarán su orden cuando lleguen al restaurante. Un mundo de diferencia de los otros dos Rinconcito Latinos, los cuales son excelentes. The food is superb. The service is ghastly. No organization, no manners. I hate coming here. The only reason I do is because my parents live the food. DONT EVER CALL. You will be on hold for 30min and theyll take your order when you show up to pay. A world of a difference from the other Rinvoncitos Latinos (they have 2 more locations, both excellent)

This place is the worse let me tell you I moved about 10 mins away from this place literally its literally down the street from me. I ordered from here 4 times and only once was ok service and that was about 8 months ago. Basically I called. Made my order got my payment they told me about 30 mins for my food , I waited about 2 hours and decided to call they said driver couldnt find my house and left mind you they have my phone number they couldve calle some and i couldve gave the driver directions eve tho my house is very simple to get to any ways I had very heated discussion with the manager and ended up going over ther myself for my food I paid for already when I get there I told the manager first the food has to be free because this is not how cust should be treated he gave me a face like Im crazy so I got my food and left I havent ordered from them since then 5 months past and i decided to give them another shot and same thing again. I called gave them my info I guess they had a note there of me because the guy who answer the phone was a bit skeptical got my order and payment 15 mins later calls me saying he cant deliver to me because im to far and driver cant go there I told him how if I ordered 4 times before he said no he cant I can pick it up or decline payment of course I decline this place is the worse dont expect delivery because they do not offer it its a huge was of time and money never again!!!!!!

Esta localidad no permite pagar con tarjeta cuando el gasto es de sientas cantidades.... Si piensas usar trajera de crédito o débito considera no ir a este restaurante.

No star, the place is horrible. Waiting over 30 min for two pan con lechón and colada. Plus they add a 20% tip and dont even tell you, so you over tip! The last time I check the tip was decided up to the customer. If their service was better then I dont mind tiping well, I have sometime tip a 40% for great service but 20% on horrible service?

Food was good as usual but they now have new menus under a new name. Of course the prices went up! It would also be very helpful if more of the staff spoke, and understood English. Remember, we are in America!
