Ordered a pizza, waited for an hour and it never got delivered. Called several times and got routed through the call center multiple times. Once in contact with the employee handling the phone at the store, they told us that the order was non existent, we had an email with an order number and she decided to get loud and hang up on us each time. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever ! Then they proceeded to ask us if we wanted to order again and wait another 30 minutes so we can get some pizza. After reading all of the reviews I finally understand exactly what they were about. I wonder how theyve managed to stay in business this long. The only reason why the received a star is because this system wont let you zero rated them. So unprofessional.

Never ordering from these shysters again. This Pizza Hut charges my card, and doesnt tell me Im short (something my bank balance disputes mind you) until the driver knocks on my door at 1 in the morning. So here I am, in my pajamas on my front porch with their driver. I call the store back. Store doesnt pick up, which means my call gets routed to a call center (because what I need is getting routed through a call center at 1 in the morning), who then routes my call BACK to the store. Store tells me nothing can be done. They wasted my time, wasted their own time, and wasted their drivers gas to tell me to pay a balance I know isnt due. I hope someone molests the manager here with an ice pick caked in corn smut.

Horrible! Pizza Huts website forces me to order from them and there is always something wrong with the order. Ive given them numerous chances and I finally gave up when I realized they would always be incompetent. If I order extra sauce, they forget it. The pizza is either overcooked or they smash part of the box into it. And twice now theyve brought me chocolate dipping sauce in swollen containers. Thanks, but I dont need botulism. Id rather pick up my pizza from another Pizza Hut location than get it delivered from this horrid location. And I have at least a $2 credit from them forgetting my extra sauces. They can keep it. Ill never be back.

Horrible service, I waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas and I live 1 block away from the store. When pizzas finally arrived they were cold and 1 of the pizzas had the wrong toppings on it. The driver then told me that he would go back and get the problem fixed at the store, but after waiting 2 hours I did not want to chance another long wait time. Needless to say I took the pizzas but I will never order from this location again. I rather order from the nearby papa johns which does not deliver due to our distance from the store, looks like Ill be doing carry out from now on. This location really needs to close down or get new employees.

The WORST!!! I stopped by late last night and walked up just as an employee was walking in. He held the door for me as I asked if they were still open. He said yes, and I took that to mean I could come in. I had just gotten one foot in the door when a women who seemed to be the manager began screaming at me to get out. I told her that was unnecessary and immediately left. Another female employee came out as I was walking to my car and apologized, but the damage had been done. I will not be going back.

They stole from me. Charge me for items and not delivered on several occasions and werent willing to give items on next order. Also always sent my pizza burn to a crisp. When put on hold for manager they hung up on me. Never ordering again. They lost a loyal customer. Recent service has been horrible and a joke.

These people can tell the difference between "canceling an order" and "changing an order". The one called Linda looks like she works hard but is just loud and ignores you all the time! Pizza was great but service was terrible. DONT GO!

Only 1 star and because Im obligated to put 1 star, called at 11:30pm and they put me on hold for 30mn and then told me they were closed, I made an $100 order, hope you guys close soon, you guys dont deserve to be on business.

They stole from me. I ordered the pizza and payed for it then after they gave me the pizza 20mins later they took the rest of my money that was in my bank account. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!
