Review for deli only- Absolutely the worst deli experience Ive had at a publix. Ive had Anthony twice now and both times he proved himself to be the slowest deli employee Ive ever dealt with. Eye contact was made a grand total of one time. I believe he spoke two maybe three comprehendable words in our entire exchange. Mostly mumbles of some long dead archaic language. Fortunately I know the pub sub system well enough to be able to translate without pulling out my Rosetta Stone. My simple sub order with Anthony this last visit was by far the slowest I had ever had since the last time Anthony made my sub. Overall, this deli was disgusting. Ingredients were everywhere and gloves drooped off the fingertips of the employees like deflated balloons after a party. The ingredients werent as much separate choices in separate containers so as much as they were just one giant pile of veggies on the counter that you received in handfuls at random. If every publix was like this one, and every deli had an Anthony, wed still be shopping at Albertsons.

Deli Sunday at 5:30 pm we went to get Fried Chicken. They informed us that it would be 25 minutes. This being the dinner time you would think it would be on hand. Not the first time that I have seen this happen. The man that was semi helping us. Stopped before helping us to assist a employee. He was more interested flirting with her. His name tag was off. So I cant give you his name. But it shouldnt be difficult to find out. He also knew I wasnt happy. His sarcasm was evident by the way he gave me instructions on how and where to place my complaints! I also asked him to cut my roaster chicken for me. I have no words to say about what he did. My family (My dad is a former employee) have been shopping at this particular Publix over 25 years. Publix prides it self on customer service. Quality of that service has gone done in this store. Makes me wonder has Publix lost its "Where shopping is a Pleasure" momentum.

I drive farther to get a better experience than what you will find at this Publix. Their signs for BOGO in ad or otherwise are never accurate and I consistently have to pull my phone out to double check my Publix app for the ad to verify what i already knew was in the ad. I follow a couponing blog that lists unadvertised deals but this publix never has the signs up and I tend to miss out on extra deals. When I do finally checkout its always a chore and a half for the cashiers to scan my coupons for me and I instantly sense attitude from them as if Im wasting their time and holding up their line. if they had more than 2-3 lanes open perhaps that wouldnt be such an issue, but until those issues are resolved Ill drive the extra 10 minutes to the one on Flamingo/Sunrise.

Terrible service. I was purchasing cupcakes and the cashier calculated it with someone elses groceries, after I told her that it was mine, she said I needed the line to separate it, even though I only had one item and she had already finished scanning the other persons groceries. So she take the cupcakes and flip them over to look at a code at the bottom, the icing was smashed and some even fell off, I told her that the icing the cupcakes was not the way it was supposed to look, but as an employee in a grocery store you would think she would be aware, so she told me very rudely to go change it out, did not apologize or offer to switch it out. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service, never going back!

So this was my first time going to this publix I found what I needed fast it was pretty organized so I get to the register and Sandi said her isle was closed Im a cashier myself so I politely stated I only had one item which I did so she agreed to take me in the rudest way not to mention the whole time she was checking out my one item she was sighing and kissing her teeth then I apologize for asking her to take me I told her I appreciated it and wished her a good day. I dont curse but this b**** just walked away like I was such a bother and made me feel like I ruined her day smh she should not be dealing with hard working customers

This Publix is a great little store compared to the big one. Ive shopping there since 1988! The original store was located where Stein Mart is today. Ive know Debbie for years.as nice cashier. Also Ive known Donna she does stocking shelves and work as cashier. She also nice too! This store is very clean and organized! The GIRLS at the deli make great foot long subs. They made my sub in a timely manner. Ive never had a problem with any of the employees. They are hard working people! Everybody has good days and bad days. Nobody is perfect!

The service at this deli is extremely slow their prioity is the complete phone orders rather than those waiting in line. I picked #74 and there seem to be 3 people behind the counter, only 1 was serving the waiting customers. The second one was going back and forth handling what? I waiting over 15 minute before my number was called. I needed 3 items and that took over 15 minutes to complete. The sandwich line servered 3 people before my order was completed. This is poor prioritization and poor customer service.

Horrible Deli department. Short staff... manager never walks around to check if there are customers waiting to be served. Sub station busy with two employees. I just needed ham and cheese and it took 30 min to be served ... because I called the store phone number to get the manager and request someone to be sent there so I can go home... It is always the same story at this place.

This is the first and most unpleasant experience Ive had from a Publix. The staff constantly wear a miserable expression and treat their customers like they are endlessly burdening them. One of the female staff members were even aimlessly wandering around, avoiding any contact with customers and taking notice only to her phone.

Terrible seafood stink in there. Came out smelling like it. Like if I stepped in a bucket of bait. My friend was wondering why I smelled fishy...never have experienced such a smelly Publix like this one.
