First off, the people that take orders here are clueless about what they sell. That wouldnt be ridiculous if they had a full menu instead of the fixed limited items they sell, most of which are premade. Next up, this place needs to be $$ but when you see what you get even for $15, the breakfast buffets down the road are a far superior option. That being said ingredients is used here are excellent. The sandwiches taste great provided they are constructed correctly. It took these guys 3 tries before they were able to make my sandwich exactly as proven menu.

I work right in front of La Provence so I used to love it for the convenience, the yummy and fresh food. However the last months Ive felt that the service and quality of the food has gone way down. The food seems to have been there for days and there are even some little flies around the bread area. Service was never spectacular but now its even worse, it seems to me like the Management changed

Horrible service. Came in for a coffee and pastry. Was given a number and told to sit down. Someone would bring my order to my table. 20 minutes later no food or coffee. Dont want waist your time. Much better places to go to in downtown with better service.

The coffee shop closes at 7pm. We got there at 6:25 today on May, 13th. But barista said that he already cleaned the coffee machine. So I was very surprised that the place is closing in 30 mins but they arent making coffee.

Great downtown bakery with fresh made bread and pastry. We have killer croissant breakfast sandwiches and a nice side salad. Their iced coffee was good and strong too. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I dont like complaining about places. But this place did let me down. Maybe I dont know anything about french cosine, but the bread was hard as a rock. Also the Pound cake had almost no taste.

The omelet inside my breakfast wrap was microwaved. Yak... Totally not expected from a "French" bakery. otherwise seems like a good place for pastries.

Always good for a quick bite or breakfast. Pastry has plenty of options and bread is made by themselves, so its a little special treat.
