I ordered online for takeout at around 4:30 on a Monday. Got to the restaurant around 4:50 when my order was quoted. Waited under a minute for a cashier to come over and take care of me. Everything was ready to go, very efficient. They have those fancy soda machines that allow you to add flavors to pretty much any soda you want. Only downside to those was I couldnt find plain water. I found lemon water, but no unflavored water. Maybe they have it somewhere else I didnt see. Four stars because my eggroll was super greasy. I still ate it and it was still pretty delicious, but the thing was basically dripping. Sesame chicken was pretty on point. I got it with extra veggies for a dollar and quinoa for the same upcharge. The quinoa was very tasty and somewhat healthier; it even comes with soybeans and carrots in it. Portion size was really good too. Definitely two meals worth. Will return.

Food is good, ambiance is good. BEWARE if you eat alone (like I do for lunch on workdays) the bussers will take away your food if you leave your table for more than a fraction of a second. Im a human being, sometimes my eating session gets interrupted- Ive gone to the bathroom and returned to a cleared table. Ive even gotten up to refill my damn drink and returned to a cleared table. Its aggravating. Do I have to hire an assistant to watch my table? I dont think so. The place wasnt even busy with PLENTY of empty tables. This has happened multiple times and it kinda ruins what could be an overall awesome eating experience. SMH.

Restaurant was filthy dirty. The tables had plates piled up on about 60% of the tables. The place was almost empty except for one other couple at the time. No excuse. I ask an employee for a manager. She stated it was her. I asked why such a mess. She had no response. This is not the first time. I ordered the steak fried rice. The steak was not cooked. It was almost raw. I did speak to the GM of this location. She was not happy but nothing changes. The cooks were having a good time throwing plates around in the kitchen. I was told by GM that there are no cameras in this location. Therefore nothing she can do.

I find Pei Wei to be an above-average dining establishment with low to moderate prices. This particular Weston location is clean, well lit and has friendly staff. Little to no wait despite itss preppy Weston location. Parking is usually a problem, though, in the Weston Commons Shopping Center. On September 25th, I had the Coconut Curry steak and fried rice. As for a drink, I had my usual water. The meal came as ordered - with extra sauce. It was hot and well prepared. I will visit this location in the future. /s/ William E. We have been eating there for years This is my daughters favorite restaurant Im pretty much a creature of habit and order the same thing every time Mongolian beef which is very tasty although recently their inclusion of sushi has broadened my ordering The only time their seems to be any problem is on Friday and Saturday nights when it be can become uncomfortably busy and the staff can be overwhelmed trying to get the food out to the customers and keep the place clean we try to avoid those nights but other than that they do a pretty good job

Love it. The new offerings for the bowls with quinoa are fantastic and healthy option. I eat in and take out, this is usually our Friday night stop. My kids are addicted to the chicken teriyaki. Also have the chopstick holders for the kids (also good for grownups that dont know how to handle the sticks). The teas are my guilty pleasure and the recent sushi additions are awesome. The place is always clean and the staff is young and polite. Awesome place. They never have screwed an order. Never in 3 years...

I love that they cook your food fresh and that they have gluten free options. Its not easy to find gluten free Asian food. I dont know why people give bad ratings to this place. It was clean, the food was hot and fresh and staff was really friendly too. They made sure they got our gluten free stuff right and they didnt mix up anything. Ill definitely be back and Im annoyed I havent found this place sooner.

Very disappointed. I had the Pad Thai, the Spicy Tuna Roll and the Vietnamese Chicken Salad Roll. The only palatable item: Vietnamese Chicken roll; everything else went to the food compost. Food: Poor (and smelled - that uncooked meat smell). Place: Good Service: Very Good I would NOT dine here again.

Horrible service, last time I was there the kitchen smelled like garbage, and could see cut chicken just hanging out on the counter.. food was watered down tasting. On top of it the skinny brown haired girl with the pointy face was extremely rude.

I ordered from the Pei Wei in Weston about a month ago and have gotten nothing but amazing food from them. I order all the time now. "Honey Seared Chicken" with white rice is awesome! I also like the lettuce wraps.....so good!!

The restaurant was dirty, the service was bad, we ordered teriyaki chicken and tai dynamite they were both cold so we sent them back and when they came back they were extremely hot and salty overall a terrible experience

I am very disappointed with the food. Ordered Dan Dan noodle with tofu and vegetables. The noodle was drowning in flavorless salty sauce Just not tasty food. Dinner room place is also not very clean. I will not go back.
