8:00 at night, 6 people inside, NO ONE outside, was under the awning to the left of the store vaping for a moment after being in the store, staying out of the rain. The employee came and banged on the window and tried to SHOO me away like an animal through the window. I was unable to find any legal basis for this, after considerable searching back at my table, considering that Starbucks does not own the property. I went to the server when I was leaving and said I was not being a jerk, but I would suggest _politely asking_ someone who was outside vaping to stop since I was unable to find the substantiating legal right. I also said I was going to ask a sheriff friend out of curiosity, but just in case someone ever blew up at her (especially for shooing a customer through a window?!), she became very rude, said that "WAS STARBUCKS POLICY AND THEY OWN EVERYTHING" and I should not be rude and vape. I explained there was no one out there, and I was under the awning because it was raining (I am *NOT* the obnoxious vapor). It was then she started making faces and telling me to have a good night. Completely unprofessional and unwarranted considering how I approached her. How about some tact training if youre going to have your barristers play sheriff for your company? always well kept and the staff is great! they are always greeting customers by name, typically always smiling and not once has anyone seemed like they hated their job. I wish they served fast food, Id much rather be there than these fast food joints just because of the welcoming atmosphere. Ive seen new faces in lately.... the new guys arent as cheery but nearly all the girls are peppy.

I love Starbucks and was glad to find one in our new town! This store however is very inconvenient getting in and out of the parking lot, which deters me from going. My drinks have not been consistent (I always order the same drink) and one time even went back and returned a drink and had them remake it. They are nice enough, but I will sure miss my old store!

Not a big fan of this Starbucks the staff is not to friendly.I have been on several occasions the latest & the last they put my personal cup on the counter & just left it there no call out or anything until I realized I had been waiting a while staff was not apologitic about their behavior.The store itself is small there is always boxes on the back tables.

I came to get a coffee and on the website is says that they r open till 11. I get there and was told that they were closed. I got there at 930. This was on a saterday. Need to update website if going to be closed. I drove 30 mins to get a coffee for my girlfriend because their coffee machine was broke at work. She works at a hospital.

Didnt understand why they wouldnt honor My 3.00 frappuchina and the offer didnt expire until the 30th. The manager told me they didnt honor it because of some stupid reason. I thought all starbucks honor whatever offer they have going on if thats not the case why do they send out these offers if they not gonna honor it. #DUMBASSES

Friendly people work here. Also there is parking around back if the front lot is filled. The back entrance to the lot makes it easier to get back out into highway 11. The front lot entrance can be tricky and a bit unsafe at times. The bathrooms have always been very clean on all my visits.

Other than waiting for so long(15min), they were pretty friendly. Unfortunately, MY COFFEE IS NOT ICED. Since I love my tastebuds, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO COOL DOWN! why you do dis, starbucks? I also got a free song from the lady, made my morning. Then it was destroyed, guess how?

Would 5 star it if they would stop stacking up the syrup on the bottom of my cold brews. Shake it or stir it well!!! But they do neither. Even when I ask them to it never gets done.
