I used to like Starbucks but now that everyone wears those headsets none of the employees can hear customers. I had to pretty much yell at a lady after trying to get her attention 3 times. When I thought she was talking to me she was talking to another employee over the headset.

I find that the coffee is always good but when my wife tried to order a decaf Coffee they told us that they dont do decaf. The place could be a lot cleaner but there are only a couple of staff members on duty and they are always busy.

Slowest coffee experience of my life. Whole staff seemed hung over. At one point the guy making drinks literally rested his head on the espresso machine while frothing milk. Unsanitary, unpleasant, and Ill never go back.

This Starbucks is inside Target and not very clean. Although, this is the closest one from a highway, so if you are in for a coffee while traveling through Tennessee, this one gives you a good relief.

So inconvenient. Slow service, need better training, poor hours. You can see that its just target employees that have been specially trained by reading a handbook. Build a standalone out here please.

Coffee was good, but the place was a mess. The two people working were very busy, but couldnt clean anything in the sitting area, drink stand or condiment stand. Really needed another person.

This Starbucks is inside the Target store so it makes it a bit more for a pain to get in and out. Consistent Starbucks service and quality.
