Two stars mostly for drive-thru experience. The shop itself is very, very nice, and if you want a place to relax for a while, its a good candidate. But the service is much, much better inside. Drive-thru is sadly a different story entirely. This is the closest Starbucks to my job, and I have just stopped going to it because how bad the drive-thru is. Not even during rushes, but all the time. Ive probably cumulatively gone here about 15 times. About 5 times, my order was flat out wrong. Another half dozen times, it was inconsistently made. And never get frappes here, they will be half melted by the time you get them. Its such a good location and the experience of going inside is so different, but if you are just wanting to grab a drink for the road, I do *not* suggest using this place.

I come often for nothing fancy but good old American coffee and even that takes forever to get and mind you Im the only one in line. They are always more preoccupied with drive trough costumers than with the folks that took the time to walk in and order a cup of joe. Lets not mention the coffee preparation station! Outside from it always being filthy, its never stocked with the essentials. Amazing you drop some good Cheder for this coffee and latterly have to big and wait for some creamer and God forbid you need napkins for your banana nut bread... Me: "Mam, can we have some napkins?" Barista : "We dont have none." Yes folks welcome to Starbucks! Hope you enjoy that cup of joe

The service was really good, and they were happy to remake my frappuccino when I didnt care for the first one. The second one was better, but still not as good as I remember in the past. I think my taste is changing though because Ive been eating more healthy lately, so I think the unhealthiness of the frappuccino makes it appeal to me less these days. For this location, if you are a Starbucks fan, I highly recommend it. The outside seating area is very nice, and the inside is too. When I was there the inside was full, and the outside was about half full, around 8 PM at night, so its a very popular place.

Its the WIFI. This location says it has Google WiFi. This place never had high speed wifi since it opened over a year ago. I stop by about once a month to check on their wifi. I dont know whats faster, dial up or EDGE when my cell hits a weak spot. I asked them about it but no one knows how to fix it or cant fix it. They need to stop advertising Google wifi when they clearly dont offer it. Fortunately there is another starbucks just down the road thats pleasant to hang out with friends. My suggestion is to get your wifi up to speed so I can up the star rating to at least a four ☆☆☆☆.

Very very very Racists, discriminative,Loud, Unproffesional Crew. The Store Manager is very impolite. The inside is very very loud the workers talk very loudly and you could here there conversations. Workers Smoke Marijuana in their Brakes at The Starbucks Store ! Very Slow service Im their everyday and this is all that I notice while their I Hope there Store Gets More Structure and Better Proper Customer Service. The workers act as if its and hangout spot for their friends and lacks the reason for being their and thats to work!

I literally spent more than half my lunch break in line!! I dont understand why it takes almost 30 minutes to get a pumpkin spice latte and a sandwich. The car in front of me only had drinks and it took forever for them to get their order,I will never go to this location again. After waiting in line forever the girl at the window didnt even apologize for the wait time,terrible customer service. I will not be back at this location. After the wait my breakfast sandwiche was cold,very disappointed.

I normally visit the location on Coral Ridge or Sample Rd and never had a problem requesting egg removal on a breakfast sandwich due to my egg allergy. I visited the Commercial location and not only did they refuse to remove the egg, the young lady that took my order said some locations do more than others. She did apologize but also added that the sandwiches are frozen and not made to order therefore it would be a mess to remove any pre-made item from their sandwiches. I will never return here!

No orders were being written on drinks. The staff was completely overwhelmed and three baristas freaked out when I asked if an unlabeled drink was supposed to be my wifes. It was, and completely wrong. Then they had to remake my drink as well. The staff was not polite. Even reading the receipt to find out what we ordered, they had to remake our drinks twice. Nobody said "Happy Birthday" (My drink was my birthday reward.) or even "Thanks". Unbelievable.

It took 13 minutes to get our drink. The girl at the window was very rude when I asked why and who was the manager. There was only two cars ahead of us and the first car got theirs right away. When we got to the window they hadnt even started my order. Two people were moving like snails and seemed to care less. Carla was the manager on duty. There is NO excuse for their attitude .

Its starbucks. Theres not much to say negatively about this place. It feels that each franchise location has a different look and feel and this one is no exception. Theyre very lenient when it comes to having groups gather there as long as they are appropriate and courteous to other customers. Very quick staff and nice seating if you want to sit outside.

I hate to give this low rating because the staff is super friendly. The rating is due to wifi connection... it is horrible. Manager does not know what to do about it. This is what some home office workers need most with their morning and daily coffee. So really treat this rating as the rating of google wifi at this particular location.

They were making drinks out of order which made for a 10 min beverage for me. We are your customers. Slamming drinks down on the counter because your frustrated with your team members and no thank yous is not acceptable. The only thing that made me give 2 stars was that the beverage tasted good.

A bunch of unprofessional people working there starting with Julie at the drive thru. Simple order 2 venti white chocolate mochas and I got some disgusting vanilla flavor something. After i said it 3x. You call there no one answers the phone. Rip off!!!!!

The staff at this location is always nice, and my order is always right. After only a few visits they knew my order and now greet me by name as a I walk up to the counter. I wish the staff at other businesses I patronize were as professional.

Cash is not king @Starbucks! Ironical that they do not allow to pay with "large" 100$ bills, but have no problem in charging 6$ for a beverage. What is the problem with corporate America? Either you dont trust your money or your employees?
