La persona q tienen atendiendo el cell no sabe. Como tratar con los clientes y el dueno o manager (orlando) nunca esta disponible segun ella cancele el servicio con ellos y se quedaron con el depósito por un agreement q tiene por lo q yo tengo entendido hasta ahora eso no es un contrato y ni siquiera dan la cara para decirlo me lo mandan por email 3 meses despues porq e llamado 8 veces preguntando. Antes de cancelar el servicio llame y pregunte si perdía el deposito y me dijo q no en varias ovaciones la señora. Les recomiendo q llamen mejor a coffe 4 you mucho mejor servicio no cobran deposito por la maquina. Y no les cobran renta por la maquina tampoco. Espero q despues de este review el senor orlando sea por lo menos capas de levantar el cell y llamar. Gracias

This company is a complete scam they lease you the machine with a $200 deposit once you want to cancel the contract they will make your life miserable, and wont return you the money. The capsule are 0,60 cents once you can find them online for $0.30 cents. The owner is a complete crook dont ever sign any contract with them buy your own machine and your own capsule. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. The owner personally handled my order and they are extremely personable. To me, customer service is the most important thing and theirs was amazing! You dont usually customer service this great anymore. Not to mention the coffee is AMAZING! Wow! I love this Lavazza Machines, prepare amazing Italian espresso at the touch of a finger. I got it for my office FREE USE, and I had the opportunity to get one for my house at a small fee. The good thing I dont have to buy expensive machines, and they service it for free. LAVAZZA best Italian Coffee around the world. Colonial have great programs!
