I wish I could give this location a negative star but since you cant my review will have to do. I like Popeyes their spicy chicken is good and for the most part the employees tend to be nice. I went to this location last night and missed the closing of the lobby by a couple of minutes so had to use the drive thru. After paying for the food I asked if my wife could use the restroom it was an emergency and was rudely told no. The so called manger heard the whole conversation and did not say anything. He could of maned up and said Im sorry but unfortunately policy says I cant open the doors after the lobby closes but he chose to sit there and do nothing. Employees watch how their bosses react to situations and mimic them. I was happy when this location opened because it is close to me. After my experience I will not be returning. Like I said I like Popeyes but you need to realize your are not the only game in town. There are so many more choices that treat their customers with respect. Most likely they dont care about they way I feel and Im just one person. Keep treating people this way and one will turn into many.

We were craving Popeyes and couldnt wait to eat there but.......awful experience! Walked in and standing there for almost five minutes, workers in the kitchen, looking at us and no one acknowledge us to at least say "well be right with you" nothing at all. Felt like the twilight zone, we were standing there waiting, but were completely ignored!! So rude, really sad. Guess theyll be throwing away all that food that was sitting under the lamp with that kind of customer service. As a person that has been in a manager in the hospitality industry for years, I could definitely say this was the worst treatment Ive received from any fast food place.

The employees at this store have some serious attitude issues. The way they treat customers ranges from complete indifference to open hostility. They could also use some English lessons. As for Popeyes itself, I dont know whats going on with their chicken. The breading has gotten so thick and crusty you practically need a chisel to get through it. Not the way it used to be!

Clean, fresh and good food. The first time the service was just okay. We were rushed and the to women working seemed more engrossed in their conversation. They forgot our biscuits. The second time was great service. They made our blackend chicken fresh and walked it out to our car. PLUS the guy gave us a few extra pieces. The service this time was stellar.

They have roaches ! As i was filling a soda at the machine, i saw a roach run up the wall (not just one roach either). I was soooo skeeved out. If i hadnt paid for the take out already, i would have walked out but not before tell the manager what i thought of the cleanliness of the place

I went kinda late, maybe 40 min before closing and they were out of the spicy tenders so I got regular. Then when I got home I realized they didnt give me a biscuit and instead gave me an extra chicken tender. I mean, I get it. Thats an OK trade but I was really craving a biscuit...

Food is fast, staff friendly enough. For the most part all is well. Since fast food is fast u would think they would keep up on the basics and not run out but things happen. It is what it is and thats a quick southern style deep fried Chicken dinner.

Small chicken breasts unlike you would normally get. Im used to large spicy fresh breasts. Manager claims they have a third party caterer delivering non standard Popeye chicken. I feel the end of an institution is upon us. KFC here I come

By far the best Popeyes I have ever been to. From the customer service, to the quality of the food, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, they really hit a home run every time I visit! Thank you for such a great experience!

The food is good (I love Popeyes). Sadly the staff acts as if the condiments are theirs and do not give them out unless asked AND theyll give a car full of people 2 ketchups and 2 jelly packets. Frustrating!!

The order in the boxes were wrong and mixed up when we got them home but the chicken was fresh along with the biscuits mashed potatoes and red beans and rice . They were out of coleslaw though :(

Not bad, Chicken was a bit crunchy but taste great! The fries were the best but the biscuit isnt my type. Not the best thing Ive had but I would recommend it. The staff were very friendly as well!

Chicken is delicious and the fries. However the coleslaw is not impressive. They serve way too little for the regular coleslaw; wasnt even filled to the top of the small container.
