I waited forever to be served as I watched one employee take the 3 customers in front of me (they were all together) and another make himself a fresh waffle cone of some sort. Then when its finally my turn to order a waffle cone bowl, Im told that there arent anymore. If I could give no stars I would. You mean to tell me, you cant make a waffle cone for the customer but you can do it for yourself while the store is still open!? Its not that serious. Its only ice cream... but they wont be gettin my money! Ill stick with Cold Stones.

Went here the other night. It was obvious these ALL were new at this. Nobody knew how to make me a shake. Then after reading the how-to manual when they were filling my cup (after blending milk & ice cream with blender) they stopped 1/2 way and filled the rest with milk essentially watering down then mixed by hand. After it has settled added more milk to top it off. All while my wifes ice cream was melting behind the counter. They wouldnt let her have it while we waited for the crew to figure out how to make a shake.

Baskin Robbins, 31 flavors only had 6 flavors. Behind the counter was a disaster! Gross...do not recommend to anyone... Oh and they dont have mint chocolate chip ice cream because they are "busy at night"

Employees here are trash. Rude, clueless, slow and they tried to overcharge us. And the were playing uncensored rap music through the store. Not a family friendly restaurant. Cone was stale.

I dont think they serve much ice cream. My waffle cone was stale and the ice cream tasted freezer burned. I stopped eating part way through my first scoop when I found a hair.

They make cakes everyday. As orders come in. The owner is here everyday to make cakes. Order ur cake from us next time
