If I could leave zero stars I would! First of all, this is not even a real Twistee Treat. Theyll tell you that if you ask. The ice cream is terrible, the staff are extremely rude, and the location is dirty. My friend asked for sprinkles and they said they already ran her card so she couldnt get them. They had forgotten but did not apologize. They were extremely rude. Will never come back again. Warning: Go to a REAL Twistee Treat!

Not the same twistee treat ice cream quality that you get in Ocoee. The recipe is different and very sub-par. The owners are not the same either, and it really shows. On top of all of that the service is not very good. This place wont be around long with Brusters opening soon and Culvers now open. Tried twice just to make sure I wasnt going on a bad night. If you want soft serve its worth the 20 minute drive to Ocoee.

I went to the shop to get a hotdog, milkshake, and fries. Me and my girlfriend got our food, the milkshake was very chalky, the hotdog measure about 3 inches in size. and was LOADED like, you couldnt tell the hotdog was there, in ketchup. The fries were extremely salted, if anyone had a heart issue and ate them...they would die. Point blank. I wont be going back...

Literally the slowest twister treat i have visited. Every time I have gone it has consistently taken 5+minutes to get just regular soft served cones. Also its hit or miss if the soft serve machine will be too cold affecting the consistency of the ice cream. For some reason the chocolate soft serve always seems off too (flavor wise.)

Got a twister as always and the sizes are different than Orlando locations. Also, not soft serve which is the only reason we came here. We went through the drive thru and did not notice the difference in ice cream until driving away. Definitely a disappointment.

Horrible service during fourth of july. Seriously have sat in the drive thur line for 45 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us and 3 familys at the walk up area. If u want reliable time and good ice cream go else where. Seriously the worst experience!

I just sat in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes! The girl took over ten minutes to finally take my order after me saying hello a couple of times. She got my order wrong. Waste of time and my money.

Unbelievably slow. Dont understand it. Last time Ill wait 20 minutes for ice cream. Two item order. Plus another woman who was standing behind me decided to go thru the drive and made it faster.
