Never coming back here again! I used to love this place until every time I visited they had a new rule made up. Every 5 minutes a guy comes out to inspect whether or not the kids have socks on and yelling out to the kids how they should jump! If your equipment is that precious you should probably go into another business. My kid usually likes to jump first before eating his ice cream and Ive found he just wastes it if I purchase the ice cream first. Today I did just that. I noticed an employee watching over me. When I proceeded to make my way to the line in order to make my purchase, this employee still felt the need to inform me in a very rude manner which entrance I was to use and that I am to make a purchase before my child is allowed to play. This place has become a nightmare for me! And to think this place prides itself on making the customer happy.

Me encantas los helados de aquí no si estás a dieta es el lugar perfecto para romperla un poco aparte que los helados de ellos no son tan dulces y para personas que son intolerante a la lactosa también tenemos helados para ustedes me gusta mucho el concepto de ellos y como lo hacen en frente de ti tú helado si estás por Kissimmee sin duda te recomiendo que te pares por aquí y les des una vista ni te vas arrepentir.

Ive been wanting to bring my kids out here for awhile. Unfortunately the experience was not as magical as the name. The ice cream is good and creamy and the menu had some fun combinations. The family enjoyed the ice cream. Unfortunately the shop is over-protective of their nitrogen tanks and menu board. They told any customer taking a picture or video that the only place that video could be taken was of the bowl on the counter. Thankfully the kids didnt seem to mind; however, it was a bit off-putting as a paying customer. Enough so that I doubt we will be back. They did have some bounce houses available to paying customers in the back which was a nice touch. If they just relaxed their photo policy this would be a great place to visit. As it stands its just okay for now.

This is my first visit. It was dad and kids day out. The kids absolutely loved the way the icecream is made. The vapor covers the tables where they craft your choice of flavors. We all had the banana splits. Great taste and value. They even have bounces houses for the kids! Keeps them busy for a good while. The premises are kept very clean. Then have personal constantly wiping down tables. Tables are rubber maid. So no rotted wood. No ants at all seen on my visit. I was even approached by one of the owners or managers to see if we needed anything like napkins and such. Great place, I would recommend to all families or even an ice cream date.

Rolig grej att glassen görs direkt du beställer den! Finns massa ingredienser att välja på oxå! Vi tog den största storleken men det blev lite för mycket! Ingen jättemysig miljö där man sitter o äter kanske men har man barn med sig finns det oxå några hoppborgar för dem att roa sig med!

My husband took me here telling me the ice cream is really good. I agree the ice cream was good and seeing how they make it was even cooler, with liquid nitrogen. I wasnt sure how they would make my strawberry ice-cream but apparently it was with real strawberry jam with actual strawberries. It was pretty cool. For a small it felt like I was eating a medium size cup. The place was really hot, I dont know how the employees can work like that, but they do. In the back theres bouncy houses for the kids.

GREAT place! Took my boyfriend here after stumbling upon reviews for this place off a blog! The girl who made our icecream was so amazing and kind! Everyone there was smiling and in a good mood! I even asked her if I could record her making my icecream and she said absolutely - and then she proceeded to make my icecream while also tilting it so my camera could pick up everything going on. I ended up getting birthday cake icecream made and it was to die for. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time.

Got to Abra cadabra at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and really wanted to try the wings. Waited in a huge line finally got to the front at 10:01pm and they told me that the kitchen was closes at 10 after I just waited 30 minutes in line. Save your money time and the headache and go to Private Island Ice Cream homemade ingredients and friendly staff. Have been going to Abra cadabra for years but after this would never go again. Just wanted to try the food ended up with nothing.

O.M.G. ice cream made fresh in front of you with liquid nitrogen. How can you NOT be in love with this place. The lovely lady how dazzled us has been working there for 7 years and it was delicious. There was a huge line but it moved quickly. All seating is outside with lots of kid friendly things to keep them busy after the sugar hits. There was a person making balloon hats and swords. Very clean seeing the amount of people eating and kids running around.

This place rocks! Fresh made custom ice cream. Great experience for young and old alike. Picnic tables out back to sit down and unwind and enjoy your freshly made ice cream. Kids can keep themselves occupied with the swings, jungle jim and be safely encompassed by a white picket fence. Just took my mom there and she gives it a two thumbs up. If your a tourist looking for you should 1st visit Disney, 2nd see Gatorland 3 go get ice cream at PURE MAGIC ICE CREAM !!!!

Great icecream, quick service. I made the mistake of going here on a Saturday night, where the line was literally out the door, and around the building. Parking was a bit rough too, as there was only street parking. BUT!!! The service was quick! There was maybe 10 families ahead of me, and i only waited 5-10 min to place my order. The staff was extreamly friendly. They also had a jumpy house for the kids, a little arcade inside, and seating out back.

This is the most amazing Ice Cream shop weve ever visited! I used to go to Ghirardelli in Disney Springs but that has changed!! This is leaps and bounds better! Now the cheesesteak...of youre from near Philly and youre like me, youve tried other "Philly" cheesesteaks and been disappointed. NOT HERE!! Except the rolls which cant be duplicated, this is an authentic Philly cheesesteak!! We highly recommend you stop here on your next visit to Kissimmee.

Moved to Central Florida several years ago from right outside of Philadelphia. Hands down, this is the best cheese steak Ive had in years. Havent had the ice cream however, they make it right in front of you and it looks absolutely delicious. Just so happens, I cant help but order the cheese steak, which is massive, every time I go and am way to full to have desert. Highly recommended and the absolute best cheese steak Ive had in Florida.

We stopped by this one of a kind place tonight after seeing it on top 10 list of orlando. Let me tell you this was the best part of our trip. Food was amazing the burgers were made fresh not frozen! The service was best i have had in the area. And the kid place area? Moms dream place. Now onto the ice cream we had 5 diffrent kinds and all were wow nothing comes close not even name brand companys! Come here dont miss this place
