We had missed getting a treat from a nearby location and my 10 yr daughter said we should go to Chill. I said, "What? Wheres that?" It was less than a minute away. As we parked in front of "Chill", I stated that they looked closed! My brilliant daughter escaped the car and she walked into Chill, like she owned the place. So the rest of the family followed her. They were ready to close, but greeted us with such positive vibes. Now, Chill is gorgeous inside and felt very inviting. Then to see the portraits of the 3 young men who created Chill was a nice touch. So onto the ice creams and sorbets! We surveyed all the choices and were stunned! How to decide with all these enticing options!!!! Well, Chill helped us by allowing us to sample our possible flavor choices.....which for me, included almost every flavor. EVERYTHING WAS OVERTHE TOP DELICIOUS! Such a tough decision! So, we all made our choices and let each other sample all the different flavors!!! Then, we got seconds. Not joking. We all got the yummy waffle cones with another set of choices we couldnt pass up! No one fretted over having eyes bigger than their stomachs, because there is ALWAYS room for Chill Artisan Ice Cream! Flavors are numerous, plus the menu fluctuates, adding even more options to fall in love with, while keeping crowd favorites on the menu. You never know which new favorites may greet you as you enter, but one can be 110% confident that they are eating the best Artisan Ice Cream around the World when they exit through the Parlor door. Chill is a must stop whenever near the Medina Public Square or miles away. Satisfaction is definitely guaranteed!

This place is perfect for the adventurous ice-cream palate. The artisan ice-cream is made from ingredients sourced from local businesses. They provide a wide variety of flavors that include some traditional and vegan flavors and diary free sorbets. This is a great place for a delicious ice cream; their portions are very hearty. While visiting Medina, my family and I stopped twice! We tried several flavors and recommend the Strawberry Balsamic, Lavender Queen Bee (honey), Blueberry Brie, Sea Salt Caramel. On our visit, the Blueberry Brie sounded strange, but I was willing to try it; I certainly was not disappointed with a different yet rich blueberry taste—actually, it was amazing! Chill Ice Cream does not forget your furry friends either. They make 100% yogurt/all natural peanut butter bars that are free with a donation to the Medina County SPCA (see my photos). Great vegan ice cream that my family recommends. They always seem to have a "regular" flavor (ex. chocolate) and a fruity flavor that is vegan. Weve noticed that the chocolate vegan flavors run out quickly while the fruit ones linger. A piece of advice to those at Chill, those of us that cant do dairy primarily want vegan flavors that taste like regular ice cream flavors, not the fruity stuff! Thats why my family goes to Chill: we want vegan chocolate, not lemon poppyseed! Youd be better served to carry more of those normal ice cream flavors. Tonight you lost business from my family because there was nothing we could eat.

Amazing ice cream! They are always happy to let you try multiple flavors. There are always some regular flavors but there are also some adventurous flavors, Ive seen French toast and bacon, a balsamic, multiple alcohol flavors like brandy and peach, Baileys, Jack and coke, and plenty of herb inspired flavors like their lavender queen bee! I personally love the extreme butter pecan, berry cheesecake, and apple pie ala mode! If you have not been here, go!

Not only is the ice cream delicious and unique but the service is amazing. My 4 year old son and I arrived, not at all paying attention to the time, 15 minutes after they closed. Owner Zack, after he had already finished cleaning up and covering the ice cream unlocked the door and let us in. He didnt rush us at all in fact took the time to let my son try out a couple flavors before he chose. Awesome spot we will be back!

If you want some of the best ice cream to be found anywhere, with a flavor list that is incredible (Blackout Double Dark Chocolate or Brown Sugar Bacon Pecan) and changes weekly, this is the place to get it! The flavors these guys come up with are truly unique and delicious! Right on the Medina square, open all year round, and deserves the highest praise possible for their ice cream and sorbet making efforts! Yummmm!

Absolutely love that they create sorbets and ice cream options with Almond milk for those of us who love their products and cant do the cream. They are fabulous supporters of other businesses in town and use fresh ingredients from bakeries, coffee shops and more to create their local flavors. Fantastic addition to the Square.

The super quality ice cream these folks make in house sure makes it tough to go back to supermarket ice cream. The flavors are intense, and the ice cream isnt all filled with air, like others. These guys know what they are doing, and how to keep me coming back. And, free parking on Medinas classy Victorian square helps a lot.

The best ice cream I have ever had. I dont know what all the hype is over Jenis ice cream, but Chill tops them, hands down. They have the most creative flavors and the best combinations. I just finished a scoop of lavender honey and it was delicious. My favorite flavor they have is the sweet corn. Its awesome!

Went there after having dinner with my family and everybody loved what they got. I got a hot fudge sundae with brownie points as the ice cream and it was by far one of the best sundaes Ive ever had. Highly recommend ice cream fans to check this out, it was awesome. I will definitely be back again!

The BEST real ice cream store in Medina. I love the inventive flavors and serving size. The opportunity to try the flavor before you buy is a novel idea. This does however make the line long at times but worth the wait!
