Took at least five mins for the waitress to get our drink order from us and then another table was sat after us and received their drinks first from the same waitress we had and when she finally brought ours over said she would be right back to get our order... Ten mins goes by she walks past our table and then disappeared for about fifteen minutes... Then went to the table she sat after us and took their order so We took our teas to the counter and I told the cashier that we wanted to pay for our drinks and go somewhere else to eat because our waitress never took our order... They didnt apologize or offer to take our order... Our first time visiting today and we will never go back

This place has amazing sandwiches, in flavor, in price, and in portion size. The Cheese Steak sub, #8 as they called it, that I ordered was huge and had to take left overs home, cost about $8 and was tasty with tasty sauteed onions and melted cheese. My only complaint, and why it doesnt get 5 starts, is that the service was very bad. Like 45 minutes to get your drink, bad. And it was a slow time, with probably more more than 3 other tables in the entire restaurant occupied.

Have eaten here several times and have yet to get something bad. The servings are often more than you might expect for your money. There is sometimes a line, but they move pretty quick. Love the Super Club. Comes sliced in 4s and one cut is usually enough to fill you up (Will feed 4! for less than 15$). They have a menu on their site, Call your order ahead, leave, and it will be ready when you get there.

I love the food and have been eating here for years, no qualms there. Today, I politely requested the total calorie content for one of their sandwiches and received an extremely curt "NO" from the staff. I realize they are not required by law to provide this info, but it was a simple request and they handled it very poorly - Blue Boys, youve lost a loyal customer.

The sandwiches are great. The portions are huge. And the prices are fair for what you get. My buddy did the super club sandwich challenge and he got his picture on the wads of fame. This place is out of the way but worth the drive. The meatloaf sandwich is my favorite but I have tried many things on the menu and was not disappointed

I was a little frightened by the reviews talking about the atmosphere...then a lot afraid when we pulled up. Glad we decided to go in....biggest sandwiches ive ever seen! I could only eat half of the mini club and my husband could only eat half of his cuban. Overall, the food totally outweighed the appearance of the place.

Everything Ive ever had from Blue Boy has been top notch in both quality and quantity! This place is one of the hidden gems of Jacksonville. I am a sandwich lover and I recommend this shop to ANYONE who loves sandwiches as much I do. By far the best sandwich shop Ive ever been to.

I love their food but the older lady that took our order was soooooo RUDE and unfriendly. Didnt say hello or anything. Very impatient and in a rush. Thats not good customer service but I guess this place is not known for its friendly service. Thank goodness the bread is good.

The subs are delicious, Ive never had a problem with the food. Its the service, particularly a waitress that tends to have a STANK ASS attitude every time we come in. Shes an older white lady with glasses. Very rude! Try working on your customer service.

Blue Boys is incredible!! Have only been a few times, but love it more every time! Service is great, the food is even better at an affordable price. Im a huge fan of leftovers, as long as I live in Jax, Blue Boys is my fav place to get a sandwhich!

Low key, deli style setting. The food is amazing. I suggest the fish filet sub. The bread is soft and fresh, and the fish is always hot. Sooo good! This is the best food in the Arlington neighborhood.
