I have a limited time on my lunch break. Panera is a busy place at lunch time. It certainly was frustrating and disheartening to be refused service after circling the parking lot a few times just to park. I waited through the line and ordered my lunch but when I tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill, my service was refused. I was told there are too many scams at this location going on, well, reality check PANERA! there are more scams with $5 and $20...etc! So, since this particular location is in such a bad part of town (portage lakes) I suggest everyone stay far away from there and spend your money where AMERICAN tender is legal. I was a legitimate, hungry, time sensitive, paying customer, and Panera Bread straight ruined my day with out batting an eyelash. I guess the scammers have won, because I got to take the heat for their criminal actions, having no time left to go eat somewhere else, this negative vibe will inevitably spread to everyone I come in contact with for the rest of the day.. You should be ashamed of your selves for this. I will boycott your store for as long as I live or at least until you issue an official apology, not that you would because you are greedy inconsiderate and insensitve jerks.

Worst Panera Ive ever been to. Breakfast is inedible, surprisingly even the McDonalds across the street served better breakfast. Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel was horrible. The bacon in the picture for the menu item (and the bacon youll receive at every other Panera) is STRIPS. This place chopped up all the bacon into tiny bits and then stacked it all in the middle for some reason. Also, there was basically no cheese, just one tiny sliver in the middle where the stack of (grey) bacon bits were. We each only took one bite and opened them up to find the emptiest breakfast sandwiches Ive ever been served. Brought them up to the counter and the manager wanted to argue with me about me returning them since we had taken one bits. "We always dice and center our bacon at this location, its my policy." Well then, you maam, are an idiot. Luckily the district manager was there and told her to give us our money back. EDIT: Yep its just this Panera that sucks. All the others make a fantastic breakfast sandwich.

I eat at this Paners 3 times a week or more sometimes. Overall food is your standard Panera fare. There is hardly ever a place to sit during peak hours. Also, several times my food has been made improperly. Probably because they are trying to go so fast.... Not a bad place for lunch, I think your over-paying for what you get though....and who doesnt hate the dinky cups you get for water, they use to give you lids, but you dont get that anymore.... It s like they are punishing you for not buying their beverages. A pick 2 will run you $8, without a drink...

Ordered a sandwich and it wasnt in my bag when I got it home. Called in and they were bothered by me it seemed. They said theyd deliver it to the house. The delivery person seemed annoyed as well. Opened the bag and it wasnt even the correct sandwich. I would call again but judging from the type of people (rude etc) employed there I would like to just get a refund. We will see if they follow up with my outreach to them. I usually love Panera and the food. Bad customer service at this location.

I love going into this Panera! Every time I go in the staff is friendly and hardworking. The service is great and the restaurant is clean! I was quite confused with the concept of the MyPanera card and I told this to the cashier Evyn and she helped me figure it out and set it up! Im very thankful for her help and now I have all kinds of rewards that I can use when I order delivery into work or go for lunch or dinner with my family. Thank you so much Panera and Evyn!

One of the worse Panera experience I have had. Warm chocolate chip cookie was hard as a rock. When asked for a new one was told to just warm it up in the microwave. Ever other Panera always have fresh warm cookies. The sandwiches were put together quickly and were falling apart. To show the complete show lack of care look at the picture of pickle given with sandwich.

The Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread sandwich was delicious, but the Bistro French Onion Soup was so salty that I couldnt eat it, and the Plum Hibiscus Tea had absolutely no flavor. It was like drinking water with food coloring in it. The Green Tea wasnt much better. They keep raising the prices, but the quality is slipping.

Was very disappointed with the service I received. The cashier Shireda was extremely rude, didnt even ask if I had a My Panera Card (i had to say something AFTER she rang me out) and when I asked for the extra bravo sauce on the sandwich she didnt even mark it down and I had to ask the line to fix it.

I normally lover Panera but the last few times Ive been there, Ive been disappointed. I love the staff but the sandwiches never come out the way I order them. The soup does not taste as good as it used to and is way to salty. Please read this management.

Good food, good service and not too much of a wait during peak lunch time. I also like the ordering kiosks they put in. It allows me to take my time looking at different food options and even customize my salad and change my bread option.

Worst Panera location ever! Out of the 6 times I go there for breakfast a month more than half the time they dont have my souffle in stock even though its on the menu. And they are super sloppy when making their sandwiches
