Admittedly, I DID NOT have one of Toasted Bagels, well, bagels, which obviously is kind of their specialty. What I did try, though, was unfortunately middling, although I cant say for certain if I would score them higher based on a broader sampling. I tried one of their salads. My friend tried a breakfast burrito. I quite enjoyed their salad. With fresh tasting ingredients, like cranberries, and a great balsamic vinaigrette, it was flavorful and filling. The burrito, on the other hand, was awful. No flavoring, spices, nothing that made it pleasant, and overall just really generic. Forgettable only if it wasnt so tasteless and bad. The service is also kind of terrible. Once you place your order, expect to wait a very, VERY long time for a takeout order. I think I almost spent a half hour in their, couldve sat down to eat. Not fun. Second a review who complained about the heavy door. Thought it was jammed it was so heavy.

Have been a highly satisfied regular here for over a year for, among other reasons, the friendly and helpful service. Today, however, they must have had a bad. Perhaps its because new staff, with limited training, but heres my gripe: Usually, I order a small coffee. Today, though, the were out of small sized cups. After politely asking if they would only charge me for a small, while using the medium sized cups, that request was denied. Just on principle, I opted out out of having coffee, so they lost not just a sale, but a little trust.

Great bagels always fresh. When you see them coming out try one warm without toasting, closest thing to a NY bagel I have found in years. Gets very busy on the weekends and barely any street parking, not a problem for me as we always walk to the place. Order at the counter for stay in or to go, pour your own coffee with usually four different varieties of drip available, espresso drinks available too, I usually skip when the place is busy and go for the drip brew itialan roast

2 of us came in here. My order came out wrong, and we had to take it back. The other order never showed up. We waited 25 minutes. They forgot to make it, then claimed they were "busy." We finally managed to get a refund for the never-delivered food after arguing with the cashier. Horrible service and honestly the bagels were no better than a chain anyway. I have been to many bagel places in NYC and they all tasted better than this place.

Dont waste your time dealing with these people. they are a complete joke! they lack customer service. the manager prefers to make excuses and argue instead of rectifying a mistake. they clearly dont want to make money or grow their business. NEVER AGAIN! They were late on a catering delivery by 1 HOUR!! Go to freshko gourmet, their turnaround is 15 mins and they are actually pleasant to deal with.

My husband and I are from NJ and one of our big complaints when we moved to Brickell was there were no great bagel places! When Toasted opened up that all changed! We met the brothers (from NJ) one morning we went and Ive been introducing this to everyone I know ever since! This is my go to breakfast for my office and staff! They love it as well!

These are the best bagels in Brickell. Good bagel sandwiches too - they use Boars Head for many of them. They have other food too, but I havent tried any of it. The interior is cozy; some complain that it is too cramped, especially when crowded. Note that they do deliver, but only on weekdays. Go early on weekends to avoid the rush.

Excellent staff. Excellent location. Excellent ambience. I cannot say enough about this place! I live a few blocks away and eat here several times a week. Bagels are excellent, smoothies are delicious, and the service is great. Ive never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended!

The absolute best bagels I have ever had! I am from ny so Ive had good bagels but my everything bagel was out of this world! What I loved about the bagel is they put all the seeds from an everything bagel on both the top and bottom. We will definitely be back when were in miami next.

Im a daily regular and I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, attentive and always introducing me to new things; I owe them my new found love of Siracha on everything and Agave with my coffee. I recommend The Normandy; Philly Cream Cheese, Lox, Tomato and Capers.

Ever since they opened up years ago.. I have been a regular "Salted bagel with cream cheese, slightly toasted" for breakfast and "The Grove Salad with extra dressing" for lunch. I love the atmosphere and the people are very friendly and helpful. The owners are awesome!!!

Visiting from out of town and walked here from our hotel in Downtown Miami. Their iced coffee is so delicious!!! We came back the second day we were there. I got the Tiger Tail Bagel with the sausage and it was delicious!! Definitely a unique place to check out!

The Big Mos Favorite is also my favorite. A delicious combination of hot links & fried shrimp. The bread is always fresh and just the right level of crunchy. Their selection of sodas is outstanding. Its dangerous having this place so close to my house!

Most amazing restaurant. Very friendly staff!! Get the tuna panini its amazing! Breakfast is amazing as well. I would recommend the pho as well! Basically you will be beyond satisfied with anything you get here! Definitely a gem on melrose!

Really good bagel sandwiches but rather expensive. It would be my go-to breakfast place if bagel sandwiches werent nearly $10. Go to La Moon next door and get a proper meal and coffee for the same price.

Great bakery place, with great and fresh sandwiches and coffee. Staff is great also. My favorite place by far on the Brickell area to go for a coffee or to grab a breakfast sandwich.

Long wait over there. They can easily forget about an order. So remind them if you think its taking too long. 20 for a bagel with CC and an already-made crossaint is too much time.

Why would you give your customers 4 ice cubes to make their own iced coffee and the coffee you serve is steaming hot? Im not drinking like warm coffee out of a straw. Pointless.
