Compared the location off the Palmetto and 67th which is a horrible location, this is one of the good locations. I come to this location for and occasional breakfast and an occasional lunch whenever I have to go to meetings across the street, to be honest its just a regular BK with good service. Today, I came to this location for lunch and the service was amazing, the cashier was very nice and asked me if everything was OK while cleaning and wiping down the tables. They really are showing effort to maintain and improve the location I came to this location several times in my life and they never disappointed me at all. Keep up the good work BK of Miami Lakes!

Very poor experience. The individual taking the orders and placing the food on the trays was sick and constantly coughing. When I got my food, the paper place mat had a big stain from the previous user of the tray. Not only was the tray not cleaned, the paper place mat was reused from the previous customer. I couldnt even finish meal looking at the reused uncleaned tray. Aside from that if you want to pay the price you see listed on the board, you have to say "small". Otherwise they will upsell you without even letting you know. Needless to say I will never be back to that location.

Extremely poor service, I work across the street and walked over to grab a bite, the cashier was nice but the waiting time was just horrible. They go through the drive threw orders like nothing, but they leave the front for last so you end up waiting 15-20 Min for you food to be served. At times the cashier has to leave the register to get the orders because no one was assisting her. The cashier line always stretches long, and the food waiting time is horrible when running here for lunch. Hopefully they improve, I really do enjoy BK.

This is by far the WORST burger king ever!!!!! The service sucks, the food is cold, they give you the wrong food 90% of the time, then when you come back to get it right they give you an attitude like if you were the one that made the mistake. They hardly give you a receipt, and they are always out of something one thing or an other! I working next to it so it is the closed things to me for lunch. What an epic fail! Beware of this Burger King you will be DISAPPOINTED!

As far as BKs go, this is the best Ive been to. They always wipe down the sodas at the drive through, never get my order wrong (unlike McDs, seriously... Who forgets the bun on a burger), and the food is as fresh as can reasonably be expected from a burger king. I dont work for bk or any affiliated company, this isnt a paid review. They are simply the least disappointing of the Miami lakes fast food options. And theyve been consistent for as long as I can remember.

Just came to visit had a long drive here .My kids and i were hungry and stopped here to eat horrible place the fries taste like they were cold and nasty they messed up in my order,the soda machine didnt have ice and soda flavor taste like water nasty no sweet tea what is wrong with this place they should do something about this thats why we pay to eat something good .

Burger King has become nothing more than garbage. If it advertise something it never delivers. Over the last 15 years that I have been WASTING my money at the Miami lakes location everything from quality of food to management has only worsen by the day. After 10years cooking Ive barely complained more then I have about a location let alone an entire company

Service took to long and the store was empty. The customer service was horrible the management was unhelpful and standing around doing nothing. Highly disorganized and dirty. If you are looking for death thats the store to go to it will never find you. My family will never go back to that establishment ever again. Worst service ever.
