The chicken with broccoli was a good flavor, light and with a clear not too salty sauce. My primary complaint though is I fear the dish was heavily loaded with MSG as I was soon very sleepy afterward. I only get that way after an MSG bomb. They gave me tons of rice which I didnt really eat because I knew that WOULD make me sleepy but it was nice as plain white rice. Id hate to imagine trying to eat that much fried rice as well as the meal. Now this is not really a complaint, more of an observation, but the meat may have been cut too close to the bone as there were little hard pieces on a few of the chunks of meat. Not big bit like they just chopped up the chicken with a dull cleaver but almost like sand grain size. Ill give them a miss personally because of the MSG but if you are not bothered by it the staff are friendly and the food was tasty.

I love my dim sum and have pretty much tried every location in South Florida, except for Mings till now. The food was excellent; about as good as any of the other great dim sum restaurants. It seems their stuff is a bit different so its not the same pre-made junk from the major suppliers. Their menu for dim sum is a bit limited but it has most of the good stuff. Rest of their Cantonese menu is fairly standard stuff but if theyre cooked with the same care and quality its probably pretty good as well. Service was excellent and the dining area was very clean (which seems rare lately in Chinese restaurants). This place definitely deserves more attention/business. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Me and my homeboyz was at da crib spot smoking some trees and listening to some ol skool Wu Tang Clan joints..when all in the sudden da homie D-Ray said "Yo niggaz this weed be giving a nigga the munchies" So we all jumped into my 69 impala with a bowling ball paint job, grabbed our 40 ozs of Old E and put the hollow points in our Gats - cause you never know when someone is trying to test you in da mean streets of Hialeah..where do 7 Niggaz, high like an eagle, in a 69 impala go too when dey be hungry?? We go to Ming Village..dats da spot with all the good chinky food and fly honeys looking to give the homiez some love - at a great price...Holla!

Are you people kidding me??? If youre looking for Dim Sum, this is NOT the place for you. I read good reviews for this place, but if this place is really so good, why was it completely empty?? No traditional Dim Sum layout, carts, variety, only a few things to choose from and you have to wait for one thing at a time to come to the table. Mediocre service. For real Dim Sum in Miami, go to South Garden Chinese Restaurant on 10855 SW 72nd ST.

If you want Chinese food, this is not the place. We had food delivered. While the har gow (shrimp dumplings) were good, the Schezwan shrimp was not even remotely Schezwan, nor was it spicy. Not even a little. (And we actually asked for extra spicy). Wewere so disappointed we called to complain and the threw the food away Save yourself the time, effort and money and make your own stirfry, or find a real Chinese restaurant.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in Hialeah that I know of that serves Dim Sum (i.e. more the one option of Shu Mai dumplings). If you know of another place let me know. Go with a few friends and sample the over 15 choices. If you want to try something different you won’t be disappointed and the prices are just right (less the 3 bucks each!).

I have been coming to Mings for the past 17 years, it might not be a fancy place, it might not have a variety of dim sum, but everything is made fresh....I have never ever gotten sick.....one more thing...it might seem most of the time empty, hello!!!!! have you seen the take out and delivery....

The food was not good. It had melt of mothball which carried to plates, cup and silverware. I will never never dine in at this resturant again. I have order for years takeout orders. I was satisfied. My experience with them dining in is over. I will not order take. I am done

Used to live in the area. Now I drive 30 minutes just to get my Chinese food from Ming Village. It is worth the effort because the food is always good and they always try their best to take care of you. I am always treated like a friend, not just a customer.

It may not be the best one in FL, but it is a great Chinese restaurant in Miami. Although Cantonese style is not my favorite, it is may be one of the best Chinese restaurants in southern Florida.
