I went in a Saturday afternoon.The price of the buffet is not advertised anywhere. The menu has no price ( suspicious ). Following a tip of a co-worker living close to this place I went there. The place itself is great inside. The food and the service is a different story. After being seated by the hostess I was ignored by my waiter for almost 20 minutes. Finally He came to my table and handle me the buffet menu. I had already pick some of the buffet items that by the way looked like someones else leftovers.The buffet had a terrible look and all the dishes looked like being tossed from the garbage . After eating my "appetizers" from the buffet area I waited for almost another 20 minutes for the waiter to come to my table and take my entree order. Tired of waiting; another waiter saw my desperation and ask me if I was already helped. She had to go to the kitchen to get my waiter who was chatting with other employees. I ordered my entree .The portion was like a kids menu size.The waiter dissapeared again and never came back to my table to ask me anything. Not even water. The next table waiter had to bring me water. Needless to say I did not left a tip and wrote in the back of the check a complain about all the horrible service I experienced.The check was including tax $ 30.00. I felt like a fool for going to this place.Dont recommended it to any person.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Poorly ran establishment and food was below average. It was not authentic Asian food and well below expectations after reading reviews. My boyfriend and I went there on his birthday and presented the Birthday Club card that they have in a bin located at the back of the restaurant for $20 off dining. It was his actual birth date, and the server said the owner was not there to apply the discount. We were confused that only the owner would be able to do that, and then she said she would go and see if she could ask a manager to apply it to a future visit. She then comes back and says they cannot give any discount now or in future because "the month is over." What?? Its July 31st and the month is not over. After going back and forth with her, she looks over and says the owner is here. She comes back after talking to the owner and sats they cannot do it and you have to apply online first although the terms and conditions say nothing about going online - it doesnt even note a website on the card! Our whole issue is dont have a birthday program if youre not going to honor it! Will never come back and will tell others not to go too.

Sushi, and most of the menu in general, is definitely delicious and I would rate 5 stars. However, service is spotty if youre eating at the restaurant. Dined there twice and the first time the waiter was utter garbage. My wife and I could barely understand what he was mumbling, let alone speak English. Asked if we were doing okay just ONE time after serving us and never refilled our drinks without having to chase him down. Second time was much better. Waiter was courteous and attentive AND spoke English. Its pretty much a dice roll when you visit the place. As far as their delivery service goes...it sucks! The guy who took my order was about as cold as ice as it gets! Doesnt say "Hi", doesnt say "Bye", and doesnt say "Thank you" after you place a $60 order of sushi. Apparently, he couldnt understand English all that well either, as I had to repeat myself several times over the phone. Seemed too busy to be focusing on taking my order. As I finished placing my order, he just slams the phone on me. Not very nice. But then again, lets not cry over spilt milk, right?

Excellent service , great food and atmosphere! I went with a groups of 8 and I never really enjoyed buffets that much except the upscale ones in vegas. I actually didnt wanna go there but my friends wanted to check it out. So I went there without much expectations but man, it totally changed my mind, its not a typical buffet where you only eat what they serve at the buffet line, they actually have a menu where it comes with a choice of appetizer and entree, its kinda like a semi kinda thing, but i was sold, I had something called cedar grilled salmon with cheesw risotto, it was delicious. All my friends entree looked great. One other thing I have to mention is that they got a really nice dessert bar,.it includes in the buffet, they got tiramisu, fresh fruit tarts, tres leche, creme brulee and all kinds of goodies. I left extremely full. Its a little pricey at 26 dollars but well worth it. I recommend it to everyone who wants to try something new, ill definitely be back!

Prefiero este ambiente que el de UMAMI... Es la misma comida y creo que los mismos precios pero el ambiente está un poco más "tropicalizado". Cuando quiero comer oriental (asiático), ni lo pienso y mi carro llega solo a Green Plate. Los rollos son MUY buenos, pero la medalla de oro se la doy al arroz frito (con pollo o mixto) y un plato de Pollo Sesame... dos personas de buen comer son felices con esa combinación !!!

The food is good. The place is very nicely decorated and the ambiance is very welcoming. Service is slow... too slow. Waitresses are few, and if you are in a hurry or come in hungry, you will not enjoy your food, since its slow. Prices are OK too... not the cheapest in the area, but if you go from 4-7pm weekdays, you can get happy hour food at very cheap prices. But again, do not go there while hungry. Also, do not get there just a few mins before 7pm hoping to get the happy hour prices, as they wont take your order until past 7pm, and then they wont honor the prices... even if youve been sitting at your table since 6:45pm waiting for service.

The food was good, fish seemed fresh. The unagi sushi was done very well, skin was not too tough. Now the down fall .. the waiter was extremely inattentive, at least 5min before he came to our table (I think he had 2 other tables) and walked by without glancing our way even though my empty glass was sitting on the end of the table. Then as we were finishing our meal, we were informed our car had been broken into. After finishing with the police they still charged us for the meal instead of providing good customer service and comping the meal. We travel to this area on a regular basis and I can guarantee I will not be going back.

very good and excellent portions... hopefully Miami springs will wake up and smell the the best Asian food around the area. But for real, I hope this place stays and succeeds. very good in presentation, service, food, and atmosphere. Give it a try. It is only buffet on weekends. I ate during week nights where it has a menu to choose what you eat. Not as expensive.
