We came to celebrate my friends daughters birthday and there were just 3 of us Moms but we chose the location because we came from across different parts of town. We ordered over-priced food and drinks for the kids and adults and when cake time came we were informed that we could not eat the cake we had brought due to their food policies. We apologized, but being that we had my friends daughter here, who was turning 5 with her friends, this was going to be a huge disappointment for her. We opted not to sing happy birthday, but just sneak out a piece for the table to share discretely. The waitress came immediately (as the place was nearly empty) to tell us we had to put it away immediately. We asked again if they could make an exception this once as we were not aware of the rules (they sell their own cake, and were losing money in their eyes) because taking our toddlers and the cake outside to the parking lot and singing was just more of a dangerous situation. The owner came and argued with us and we apologized again and agreed not to eat cake, but I still cannot understand the lack of understanding and caring to give my friends child a memorable birthday! This was a planned birthday party gone wrong but with better management, and a. It of understanding it could have been a very different experience. We were highly disappointed and would never recommend.

We came today to meet friends. I came very low expectations from reading the reviews on here, and I was not disappointed. It was around 2pm and pretty much empty. My son and I paid for admission. Its was $16 for him and $5 for me. Ive never paid admission to go to an indoor playground. If there were things for me to do there, and I decided to do them i.e. Rock climbing or a ropes course I would have no problem paying to do so. To pay a cover charge to sit down and watch my child play is a little excessive. If you have older kids, who like to play and be athletic this is not the place to go. They have a very tiny and dark playground for the kids to climb around on. Other than that its video games that are hard to reset or not working (which is most of them. Only three were in working order out of ten or so), legos, iPads and a little play area for toddlers. There is also an art area where the kids can color with crayons or paint ceramics. The ceramics were just robots. Needless to say my son, whos seven was bored quickly. Theres only so many times you can go down the same equipment over and over. Hes not into coloring and isnt really into legos either, all of which can be done at home and for free. Very disappointed.

A mi familia le encanta este lugar. Mi esposo y yo pudimos relajarnos despues de nuestras labores diarias cenando y tomando un vinito, mientras los niños jugaban, hacian arte y disfrutaban de un lindo show. Ademas celebramos el cumpleaños del mas pequeño con una maravillosa fiesta y una excelente atencion. La decoracion tenia muchisimos bellos detalles, la comida excelente y el servicio inmejorable. Lo recomendamos 1000%.

My kids love to go and they enjoy so much this place. Their hamburgers are delicious. Everything is clean. Every weekend they have different activities, such as live stage shows, painting classes, among other). I also enjoy a lot this place because as a mom, I could have some time to relax with my friends while our children play around. The staff is very nice with the kids. I almost forget to write about party, this is the best party place, I had celebrated my daughters birthday party and they really did an excellent job. They have huge parking space behind the building, or also there is a valet parking near the entrance. Usually people writes reviews of their bad experiences, but I prefer to write the good things, because nothing is perfect and this is a great kids place and my children are happy there.

Realmente para mi esposo, para mi hijo Mauro y para mí fue una experiencia súper buena, mientras el estuvo disfrutando acompañado de un equipo de personas súper calificadas, tuve la oportunidad de también disfrutar una rica conversación con mi esposo, mientras nos deleitabamos un rico vino acompañada de unas divinas quesadillas. Mis hijos aman ir para este lugar. La comida es deliciosa!!! los fines de semana siempre tienen entretenimiento para ellos, este fin hubo un mago que hizo un show buenismo, también tienen shows en vivo de teatro.. Trato de ir con mis amigos, así que mientras nuestros hijos se divierten nosotros también lo hacemos. 100% recomendado

One of the best place to make your kids parties. Decoration was beautiful , food is really good , staff was super friendly and attentive, kids were always doing some activities, the organization of the party was super organized from the beginning to the end, the place is clean and neat. Definitely, beside the parties, Cool Corner is a Super Cool place to go and have good time with friends while your kids are playing around. I HIGHLY recommend Cool Corner.

Went to the place with friends and kids, ordered wine, in menu it says "Napa Valley" which is premium California wine and brought not Napa Valley wine with the same name as in the menu, bottle was already opened and inside was not Napa Valley, I think they pour cheap wine inside and cover it with cork, terrible taste, overpriced, 3 items fro the menu were not available, a complete disaster place!

Been to many different in door playground. This is the worse I ever been! They have the Easter egg hunt today and they dont provide enough egg for the kid!! And my son only got one and he was complaining that they dont have more!!! Also usually the adult doesnt need to pay but here is different !!! Also why is there offer iPad and video game for the kid??? And I wont come here anymore!!!!

Most of the toys in the little kids area are broken or are missing pieces. I think its overprized since now adults also have to pay. They give you back $5 per adult to use in food whic forces you to eat something and their food is terrible. They need to improve the bigger kids area. All they did is a add a bunch of Ipads for kids to play and why should I pay for that? Never going back

So expensive! They make the adults pay admission and the food is extremely overpriced ($10 for an empanada, really?!) so we ended up eating somewhere else with better prices and not so "fast food". The playground is so basic, boring even and most of the activities they can just do at home ... so take my advice and dont throw your money away on this place, its so not worth it!

Adults get charged admission. They dont tell you about needing socks but want to sell them afterwards. The management team needs some urgent training about customer service and how to run a business. I would love to speak with the owner of this place to explain my experience. I have been to this place twice and I will not come back. I dont recommend this place to anyone

Me parece el mejor lugar que hay para llevar a los niños a jugar, mientras que los padres pueden descansar y comer delicioso. Si estás de vacaciones o vives en Miami no te lo pierdas.
