So I was shopping at this store today, when I needed to use the bathroom. When I went into the mens room it looks so disgusting like it hadnt been cleaned in days. I seen porta potties that look better than their bathrooms. When I went up to the customer service desk and told one of the cashiers there about the bathrooms she Shrugged her shoulders like she didnt care. I seriously doubt that she relayed the message to the manager. I cannot believe that the manager of that store let the bathrooms go like that. Just makes me wonder what other parts of that store are in the same condition. I certainly will not be shopping there anymore.

Treated my husband horrible! He had made his purchases and was on his way out with receipt in hand was accused of stealing! He promptly turned to the manager showing him the receipt and explaining that he was upset that the employee (that followed him to the customer service counter) had accused him of stealing! The mngr simply gave her a stern warning! My husband then wrote to corporate and the store mngr just apologized! The employee still has her job! Nothing was done! We wont be returning!!!!

If you dont like grocery shopping surrounded by alot of people then this is the place for you. I shop here regularly and its never crowded. I always find exactly what I need. 1 down fall they usually only ever have 2 check out stands open at a time but its worth it to me to not be surrounded by alot of people

Check the date on what you buy. They sell out of date food. I already complained once they sold me spoiled prepackaged fruits and veggies. The manager really didnt seem to care. Yesterday my husband went in and bought Smuckers ice cream topping. When he got home it went out of date in March.

Crappy customer service. When something is advertised, in store, as bogo; dont just look at a paper and get a snotty attitude because youre too lazy to go check. Keep your pies.....Ill just go to publix. Must be why theres like 10 left in the state.

The manager Jodi is amazing and most cashiers and stockers are more than willing to help you find something or carry your bags out and all staff in deli and meat department go beyond whats asked of them to make sure you love your purchase

Shop here frequently, As far as Winn Dixies go its the cleanest one Ive been in. Staff is friendly. Only downside is I find they tend to run out of advertised sale items and are not well stocked with sale items.

The meat department smells as bad as some of the meat looks. Bathrooms are usually atrocious, with old worn out toilet seats. Usually slow on the registers. Mom-in-law said they used to be the best one.
