The service at this place is horrendous. My grandmother and I enter and its already chaos. No one knew how to order and there are no signs or anyone to help the customer figure out where to go. When we finally realized where we needed to go, 5 other people had gotten in line in front of us. When we ordered, we specifically asked "for here" and for some reason the cashier did not give us a table number and said they would call my name out for it. When we took our seat right by the pick up counter, we waited for a few minutes before realizes everyone was getting their food before us. We ended up having to ask about 5 different times for our order and eventually they said they never even got it. We showed them our receipt and they finally gave us our simple order of a croissant and coffee. So incredibly irritating and rude. Not to mention that the prices are absurd, $10 for a croissant and coffee. I would not recommend going here.

Good food with attention to detail. Owner is a traditional Baker with passion for doing things the right way. From imported French flour with the best quality to fermenting the dough correctly the traditional way. Atmosphere is lively and friendly and the openness of the space to the restaurant next door gives it a nice touch. The place is still very new and small kinks in the service still need to be worked out which I am sure they will Cannot wait to go back for dinner.

Me and my family have never eaten here before. Its very confusing at the start, no menu. Family jumped infront of us for samples. We finally decide what we want,we dont know where to order a man tells us to go to register so we past the people tasting bread and the an employee comes up and says we cut the family behind us who came after us so we leave. I mean it just opened so maybe we will come back in a couple of months.

Best croissant ever. They just opened 8/7 when they expected it to be slow in Naples but it ended up being busy. Theyre working out the best flow for the customer. So these bad reviews have to do with that. Im sure it will get fixed and the service will be wonderful because the people are.

If you want the best french breads and desserts, look no further, everything is soooooo good. And, I didnt have to pay for airfare to travel to France, it came to Naples. Thank you Yannick -- your breads are the best! Imported flour from France makes all the difference ! YUM YUM YUM

Very nice place, great atmosphere. Salads and lunch options look very great. Desserts and croissants are good but not the best Ive tried thats why is 4. But everything else is very good looking.

I appreciate your passion and attention to detail! Imported flour, while other cafes and bakeries buy frozen and in bulk. Enough with the substandard garbage, this place deserves daily vists.

The quiche was tasty and light. The croissant was light, flaky and buttery just as we remember in Paris. We bought a baguette to see if it tasted like Paris....and it did! Much success!
