Came here for lunch and I was really looking forward to a great smoked brisket. I partially got my long awaited meal. Was the brisket sandwich good, tender, hot, etc.? yes. The whole experience was really great. Service was quick, the decor is nice, and the sandwich was good... It just wasnt real BBQ. Normally, when youre walking up to a BBQ place, you would/should notice the smell of burning wood wafting throughout the parking lot. The smell basically welcoming you and preparing you for a great meal. You might even see a smoke stack in the background. Unfortunately neither of the two happened. Like I said, the sandwich was hot, tender & moist which is all of the key features of an excellent smoked sandwich. But I noticed that the brisket was missing the smoke ring. I wondered if the brisket was either pressure cooked or propane cooked. Wasnt sure, but I ate the rest of my meal. When I was done, I drove around to the back of the restaurant, and noticed a giant propane tank and no smoke stack. I did see a small stack of wood, but when you compare it to the propane tank, its clear that the wood is used just to add some flavor. The meat is cook by propane, and although it may be done by a low temperature over a long period of time, virtually none of the heat is produced by wood. This is not real BBQ. It is a good meal, dont get me wrong. But if youre looking for authentic BBQ smoked low and slow over a real wood fire this isnt it.

Wed been meaning to try Brisket Brothers for some time and were glad we finally did. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful as we placed our lunch orders. The brisket and chicken dinners were both moist and delicious and the portions were generous and reasonably priced. Weve eaten many times at a large downtown Fort Myers Craft beer restaurant that features brisket. The first couple of times the brisket was great but the last three visits were seriously disappointing. If youre in the mood for great brisket, probably the best Ive ever had, head to College Pkwy and give Brisket Brothers a chance just as soon as you can.

I picked up lunch for a few of us who work at Dixie Buick GMC and the brisket sandwich was awesome! We called in the order which was simple and easy to do. When I arrived, the meals were bagged up and at the cash register. Great experience! If you appreciate good BBQ and brisket, you have to check this place out. Prices are fair and the guys there are great. Although we didnt pick up any desserts I saw some samples in the case and they looked great! We will be back.

Fantastic service and quality of food. Today we had catering for the FGCU swimteam. Everything was perfect. Just as promised by the brothers who are the owners. Will definitely use again for our next pool party. We ordered Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs & Chicken. Also the girls said it was the best Mac & cheese they ever had. Now that something coming from a Division 1 swimteam that loves carbs. The beans & coleslaw were flavorful too. Glad we found this place!

I love small family owned restaurants, but was rather disappointed with this one. I wanted brisket, called at 12:30 and they said the brisket wouldnt be ready for an hour :( So I ordered something else, got Mac-n-Cheese as my side was absolutely the worst mac-n-cheese Ive ever eaten. Id bet my left arm that there wasnt an ounce of real cheese in it! Tasted like cheap powered cheese. The meat was good though!

Brisket and pulled pork tasted ok. Ribs were WAY WAY over cooked and dry. Beans were the worst beans I have every tasted. Threw the whole order away. Sonnys BBQ across the street if youre looking for some good QUE. If youre ok with tasteless dry ribs save yourself some money and eat sand from the beach.

Absolute knock out brisket, first time trying today for lunch and was not disappointed by any means. The fat cap is left on the brisket which I think should be mandatory for anyone proclaiming they make good brisket, sauces and Cole slow where on point too. Thanks guys great job!

Great Food. GREAT BBQ!! Home made Mac and cheese Beans are on Point. Best BBQ in SW Florida Everything was cooked to perfection I sat on A Dinning Room Table Front Row seats to the Kitchen. I had A great experience. Hole in the wall restaurants. You gotta love em.
