Well, I never hated this place. Truth is I used to love this place when it first opened and now writing this review is bittersweet. Well, the customer service and the donut selection used to be great, but thats completely changed now. Every time I go, which is within the first few hours of opening, they never have the donuts that Im looking for. When I ask if there are anymore they constantly tel me they sell out within the first hour of opening, but refuse to make more. Their solution is to "get here earlier" or "call an order in." Well thats not really possible with the overnight work that I do, but thank you anyways. Well, on top of the lack of selection the customer service has really gone down hill. Everyone Ive interacted with there (two women and a man) have been very rude and dismissive. They dont speak to you unless youre buying something from them and when it becomes clear you arent buying something they become short and borderline unresponsive. Well, Im sorry to say this but I will not be going back and I will not be recommending this place to friends or family. I will gladly take my business to the Starbucks that is four stores south and a twenty second walk.

This is one of those places that you need to go to at least once. After that, I can take it or leave it. When I am in the mood for a maple bacon donut and the trek to go to Mojo Donuts in Pembroke Pines is not going to happen, this is a quick fix. The donuts here are from Rhino Donuts and are brought in daily. They also serve frozen yogurt here, but I have never actually had it. I do love a good gourmet donut though and these are pretty good. Just not as good as the ones down south. Since Starbucks owns the plaza, they cannot sell regular coffee either, though Starbucks is just a couple of doors down if you need some. They have plenty of creations each day to choose from and you can usually find the maple bacon, chocolate bacon (both filled and not), guava, red velvet, oreo, and more. The service is always kind and pleasant and they have seating inside and out if you want to eat there instead of on the run. Overall a great little place, Ive just had a better :)

Nice little place for anyone craving a sweet treat. The flavors and variety are above your traditional doughnuts shop selection which is a plus. Ive always found the location to be very clean and the ladies working the counters are usually friendly. While I recommend this anyone, I must say that considering this shop is usually opened past pm on a daily basis, it is disappointing to walk in after 6pm and find out theres only 2 or 3 doughnuts left for the day (Which has been my case in more than 4 occasions) so if you want to see their selection, make sure to stop by earlier in the day

Unfortunately, these doughnuts are far from gourmet, except for the price. The Sundae and Smores tasted exactly like ones from Dunkin Donuts--same consistency, donut flavor, frosting, etc (they were a complete clone). However, they were about twice the price of DD. The Mint Oreo was sub-par, with a somewhat dry cake donut dragging down the average chocolate frosting and relatively tasty mint glaze. And how much for this decidedly pedestrian experience? $7.00. Not worth it, I could go to any other chain for the same experience and lower cost. YoNever again.

This is the ONLY place in Florida that you can get Chloes soft serve which has a cult following in NYC. Its a healthy dessert option along with some of the other fresh baked gluten free options filled with nuts and yummy goodness but if you feel like being decadent (and who doesnt every now and then) I would go for the apple or cherry danish, the Miami cream donut OR a couple of mini donuts so you can sample more than one flavor (Nutella, Smores, Cheesecake....ummmm yummmmm!!) Nice to have a fro-yo donut option thats NOT a chain store!!!

I went to pick up a dozen donuts for my co-workers today only to find out that the flavors listed in the website are NOT the flavors found at the store. The attendants response was "YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE STORE" we dont have those flavors anymore. When asked why the webpage has not been updated, she also made a very bad reply. Very dissapointrd and the donuts available are the common donut found elsewhere. For a gourmet donut shop, you have stepped down your selection that does not make it any special or worth the trip.

The donuts arent bad....not exactly gourmet. Weve been to this store about 3 times. On our last visit we ordered a key lime donut and got a bavarian cream or vanilla cream instead. When we went back the next day to let them know, the answer we got was "they get mixed up sometimes". When youre paying $2.50 + per donut, you really should get the donut you ordered. The plus is they have free wifi and the store is very quiet during the days.

Yonutz calls themselves a gourmet donut shop but yet they run out of donuts by 9am and dont make anymore, even when requested. If youre a donut shop, why dont you make more donuts??! Im always excited to go here but then immediately disappointed when I arrive and end up taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame for a business with potential.

Just left this place and young Lady needs to be cloned. Asked for donut and coffee she said due to Starbucks could not give coffee. She did sell me a great donut. I think when companies have employees like this are so good at recruiting should make every effort to recognize and sure they do. KEEP UP GREAT GREAT WORK

Went around 11am and no one was in the store. I called out a few times to see if maybe someone was in the back or maybe in the bathroom but I didnt get any response so I left. This is the SECOND time I tried to go get donuts but the same thing happened . How can you leave the store unattended? How frustrating!

Im sorry to hear the negative reviews that Ive read, but my first visit was quite fine. I ordered a variety and they tasted great. Numerous donut shops run out of donuts and dont produce more when they run out. I dont know customers are surprised. Give this place a try and indulge in new flavors.

I have been in there a few times. I love the donuts so much. They are awesome. I hate bacon so that will never happen, but the other donuts are great. The people in the store are nice and have customer service. I took my mom here to get a donut for her birthday. She was so happy.

The spot is chill, conveniently located next to Chipotle. Many fat free low fat options and seemingly fresh ingredients. Very chipper barista clerk. I personally dont like overly enthusiastic people so my rating were a little. New business, we will see how things pan out for them
