My co-workers and I work in Deltona and we were all very excited to have a new restaurant open up in the area. Weve gone about 5 times total, and unfortunately the service and experience has been very inconsistent. Sometimes we show up and are attended to and served within 45 minutes. Other times it takes an hour and 25 minutes. On one occasion it took the server about 8 minutes to greet our table. I believe this is due to the number of staff. During lunch, there are maybe 3 people available. One at the register (who I assume would normally help out in the eating area but since there is usually a line of people having to pay or ordering coffee she cant really leave), someone in the kitchen, and Ive seen only one server sometimes handling the lunch rush. It makes for really slow service and unfortunately, because we only get an hour lunch, we have had to move on to other eating options in the area, which makes us all a bit disappointed because we love the variety of the restaurant. I hope management really reconsiders having a full staff during a lunch rush. If they would get a handle on service time, we would love to return.

The young lady who took care of me was very pleasant and very quick. I enjoyed the service here and the coffee was just what I needed. I had an Avocado Egg White sandwich and an Apple Danish to close out my meal. Definitely worth every penny. However, I did find a strand of hair in my danish. Cant tell if it was the waitress or if it was already there and it was overlooked. Kindly informed the waitress to pay attention next time but that it was okay. But I cant say the same for the next customer who may not take it so lightly. Still tipped the waitress and thanked her for the service. I will be coming back!

Boston coffeehouse is one of those areas that become hard to not frequent. The price is a tad high on the drinks, but the quality of them makes it feel as though one gets ones moneys worth. I am partial to the chai lattes. I have not tried the food but it looks very overpriced, like the food in any coffee shop. My review is based solely on excellent customer service, fair atmosphere, good music, and outstanding drinks.

Fantastic little coffeehouse! Im glad the Boston Coffeehouse owner brought a cozy little place to have tasty treat and delicious coffee here in Deltona. Went on a date with my husband and we tried the Boston CaraMocha hot coffee and a Boston CaraMocha frozen coffee along with a couple of their yummy cheesecakes. We will definitely be back! Two thumbs up for our friendly and sweet server!!!

Both myself and my boyfriend have gone on separate occasions and the young women up front (around my age 22) have been rude and slow with our orders. Weve tried only coffee so far as we dont want the rude looks the girls tend to give while trying to eat. The Boston Coffeehouse in DeLand is where we will inevitably end up as their staff is more welcoming.
