There are many Publix stores close to my home and this is my favorite one. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I work third shift and often shop after work at 7a. Even though they have just opened and are often setting up for the day, everyone still goes out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Ive never waited in line more than 5-6 minutes, even on a holiday weekend when they are packed. I also love that they take competitors coupons, have great BOGOs every week and also have their own mobile coupons. I love their fresh produce. Also, they have great quick meal ideas. In the produce section, they have pre-cut vegetables (like a package of zucchini, yellow squash and onions) for a quick addition to any meal. In the meat section, they have meals that are ready to cook like, burgers with bacon and cheese already in them, chicken cordon blue, bacon wrapped filet, Italian meatballs, almond crusted chicken and more! Overall, its just a clean, friendly grocery store and I wouldnt want to shop anywhere else.

Ordered publixs subs online about 5-6 times now from this location but after the last visit I am not going back... They are never even close to meeting the expected pick-up time.. majority of the deli employees are always is a piss poor mood, very sarcastic with attitude... This just wasnt from a 1 time visit either.. but my last visit was the worst I tried to compromise for the tardiness of their deli department but even an additional 15 minutes on top of the expected pick up time was not even enough.(I would not complain if they had customers but there was not a soul at the deli department) ... they had not even taken off the machine that prints it.. I just left.. Word of advice take the extra 2miles to go to Summer bay publix, a lot better service.

There are too many Publix in the attractions area to even count. This Publix, in the Berry Town Center, should be studied closely and taught all over the world as the perfect example of a badly managed store. Poor management = rude staff, staff that takes lazy shortcuts, food not restocked on shelves, deli unmanned, sales and special offers are not honored unless the customer leaves the checkout, gathers the promotional signage, and then PROVES the sale price to the cashier and a member of management. Although this Publix is approx 1 mile from my front door, it is my "Publix of Last Resort". Its truly worth it to go an extra 5 - 10 miles out of my way to shop at a Publix with high standards.

This pharmacy has been fantastic. We have been taking prescriptions to this pharmacy for as long as weve lived here and every experience has met our expectations and then some. For a few months we have not had health insurance and have called this pharmacy for more "partial refills" than I care to think about... I would think this would be a bit of a hassle for any pharmacy, but if it actually IS a hassle for these wonderful, completely competent ladies (Ive never seen men behind the counter), their smiles and pleasantness never showed it! We are in the process of moving to a state where there are no Publix stores and we are very disappointed about it!!

My mother two brothers and I were all waiting in line in the bakery to be helped with getting an order placed for a cake. If this factors in for any of you reading, were an African American family. The attendant was helping a woman of Caucasian descent and saw us waiting, the moment another Caucasian family walked up another lady came from behind the counter to help that family and as the other man finished helping the previous lady he went to help the family that came after us as well. As if my family and I were not waiting there the entire time. I hate to throw this card but RACISM SUCKS! And those attendants depicted themselves as just that, Racist.

I absolutely hate their pharmacy! I have used it multiple times... It used to be a 15-20 min. wait and has become an HOUR!! Seriously. Even when my doctor calls it in its still 45 mins when I get there even if its been 3 hours since it was called in. Ive been there as long as an hour and 45 mins for two prescriptions. We have tried calling and sit on the phone for 10 mins and never get through. They are rude to their guests telling them that they are too busy to check out the few items they picked up while waiting an hour. I will never use this terrible pharmacy again! They are the worst! No other publix pharmacy is like this one.

This location seems to only cater to tourists from the UK. Which is fine; I live here and I understand having to play to tourists. However, it would be nice if it had at least some inkling of thinking towards residents. Often not enough checkout lanes available, shelves are constantly being stocked during the day, and not enough variety of items. Finally, I know its out of Publixs control, as they only rent the retail space, but this parking lot is God awful. Unless I absolutely have to shop here, I dont, and I live two minutes down the road.

I made an online order at the deli and it was supposed to be ready at 5:10pm it was 5:25pm and still nothing. I usually do not mind waiting but the whole purpose for my online order was because i was in a hurry(not happy). I spoke to the manager Eduardo Álvarez Schaeffer and he was very easy to talk to and aloud me to express my frustration..he apologized and told me he will place it in priorty and got my order right away. His Customer service was great , i went from frustated customer to happy customer.

This pharmacy is pathetic. The Emergency clinic sent the prescription electronically for immediate filling as it was for a head injury with a concussion. They took two hours to fill it, they never called us to advise us it was ready, and they gave us a hassle about our workers compensation insurance claiming they needed the physical card from our employer (No, you dont. Trust me.) Never will use them again when CVS is a cross the street and a thousand times more efficient.

Dont order sandwich from them they say the meat is pre-cut in the morning but little they know I know a worker and know they dont and it just end of products they dont wont to throw out and dont even ask them to slice your cold cuts they will catch such a stink attitude for know reason .there more but I leave it at that .I take my business to Walmart for now till new worker are hired

This Publix is one of the first ones I went to because I am from New Jersey and bought a Home in Davenport. The ENTIRE STAFF in the Publix stores here on Route 27 are unbelievably nice,kind, helpful and so many other good things I could go on and on. If youre from the UK we found this is closest to M&S. Good range of products including many recognisable brands and really good customer service. Shop is clean and nicely laid out. Prices reflect the better service and quality of products. If you want cheap and cheerful then Walmart is just up the road.
