As a former employee, I can tell you guys that this place isnt what you expect. Theres a manager there by the name of keagan who I have witnessed a few times blow his nose with his hands and not wash them and then he proceeds to go and touch the food. The meat is supposed to be thrown out every 1hr 30mins and they are not doing that. They will serve it all before they make any fresh meat. When customers ask for meat off the broiler, they take the meat and heat it up in the microwave and then put it in the sandwich. Management at this location is awful. The manager keagan comes to work high and id always late and no-one writes him up or even talk to him. The district manager Luis and part owner Dave bagwell treat everyone that works there like crap. They even told me i looked homeless because of the way i was dressed on my day off. People there touch meat without wearing gloves, touch the tomatoes, lettuce, etc...without wearing gloves. I dont recommend anyone to eat at this place.

I just visited this Burger King restaurant, the service was horrible. I order 3 sandwiches for me and my grandfather and a large order of onion rings. The lady taking my order was very polite but the manager had no idea what he was doing. We got our food in reasonable time when to sit down and enjoy our meal take one bite of our onion ring and it was hard and old. I wait in line patiently waiting to be severed to have the manager proceed to rip my box of onion rings out of my hands without asking me what the issue was. Without even asking what he could do to make my vist better turned his back to very rudely. I politely asked for my money back to have him say to me "we will put fresh ones down for you" I was descusted by the lack of customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The best Burger King Ive ever been to and I been in several from Orlando. Some customers might give a bad review because of the language is spoken or country of region of some associates. But overall the store looks fantastic, very clean and the customer service was outstanding.

I ordered the california whopper and when I opened it there was yellow cheese on it. I took it to the manager and he said they are out of swiss cheese. He said they did not just run out, they knew about it and sold it anyway. Manager said he was sorry and did nothing else.

This location was recently renovated and everything was new and clean. While we were there two managers were walking the entire place ensuring everything was in order. The staff did seem new, but they were all very polite and friendly.

How do you charge some one for extra cheese an lettuce read it back twice only to have no cheese and tons of lettuce. My sandwich is cold. Disgusted. Third time this has happened at this location. Will not return.

The burgers are the best Ive ever tasted. There is a manager there who when he is on staff his employees have impeccable customer service. I have numerous times complimented the manager on his staffs behavior.
