I cannot believe the horrible service I receive here over and over again. Tonight was the last straw. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:48pm, aware they close at 10pm. I started my order with a Reeses cup sundae. The associate in the drive thru paused a minute and then said, "well we just, like, pulled the ice cream out of the freezer. And its like super hard." Ok...and? Then she said, "but I can try to like scoop it out for you, if you really want it." Ummm, are you serious? So your telling me, as a customer, that you actually have the ingredients to make the order (Which is rare for this location), yet youd rather not make the order because its going to be difficult for you? I almost laughed at the audacity! As a cook myself, when were open...we are open. Theres no cutting corners, you make the orders your given until closing time. The customer doesnt care about whats going on in the kitchen, and for an associate to tell a customer that its inconvenient for them is totally unacceptable. I just drove away before I said anything i would regret. Oh and they totally botched my sons ice cream birthday cake a few months back They were supposed to write Happy Birthday Mason with #4 next to it...we got an ugly H.B. and a scary looking alligator. They literally have no idea hiw to read an order form. We didnt go back and complain to the manager because we were running late for his birthday plans and they wouldnt have been able to fix it then and there anyway. This location is the worst in customer service and is a disgusting excuse for a DD.

Im local and have come here about 10 times since theyve opened a couple of months ago. Every time except two they have been out of most items, bananas, whipped cream, etc except ice cream, and out of several flavors too and will charge full price even tho you dont get the complete order. I wont go again. My advice is dont even bother going to this location. Its a waste of time.

We came in for the flavor of the month advertised everywhere (Reeses). When my husband was talking to me about how he didnt see it, I happened to notice we were getting the.look of death from the employee behind the counter. It was at that time, I decided this place obviously didnt want or need our business. So we left!

Unwelcoming environment. Service was horrendous, I got something completely different from what I asked for. It was very difficult to communicate with staff. The ice cream was already melted when I got it, and it did not taste very good. There was some foreign substance found towards the bottom of the cone as well.

Anytime a guest asks for a portion of the basic flavors (i.e. chocolate, vanilla, MINT chocolate chip) at a Baskin Robbins 31 flavors, they SHOULD ALWAYS BE IN STOCK!!! This location, on 2 separate occasions didnt have them. Therefore 4 STARS!

I decided to give this place a try despite the bad reviews. The cashiers are rude and lazy and refuse to serve items that are being advertised in the store. Go to the Baskin Robbins near Celebration. Dont waste your time here

Warm ice cream. Warm watery smoothies. Only serve 40% of what is advertized on the menu. Go somewhere else, save time and money.
