Went in to get a late breakfast was only one at the counter. While a blonde waitress was by the cash register folding boxes. After standing there for a couple of minutes i said "hello" she looked up with wide eyes and yelled may I HELP YOU!!!. I said no thank you and left. Unfortunately if you NOT spanish this girl is rude. Ive been there several times with no issues but will NOT be returning, ill go elsewhere to spend my money. Yes this was the day staff. Edited: The black girl who works there flagged my car down and apologized for her and practically begged me to come back and order. I told her it wasnt her fault she said she justs hate to see an unhappy customer so i came back. They better make sure they keep her because the other one is rude as hell EDITED: I went back because of the above waitress, unfortunately the girl wasnt there but I returned at night and was greeted by a cheerful and welcoming waitress. The food was hot and good and changed my review because of her.

Horrible customer service. Guy in the front dont even say thank you or care about customers. I dont understand why they ask in the receipt to leave a tip when I asked for an empanada. Its not a restaurant that they bring the food to my table.I also had some issues with a spanish tortilla on a weekend that had flies inside and told the manager and she put it away and maybe served it again when I left. The food is alright at best. I highly recommend Don Pan million of times rather than this place.

Food is good but service is horrible...every time I come here these ladies always have a attitude dont greet with a smile I dont feel welcomed when I come here ..they need to get their customer service in check I just came in & the lady rolled her eyes cause I asked her if they had hot chocolate I dont think she understood me..she responded back in Spanish & i responded in English I dont think she liked that..

The best bakery in town! Love the selection of Cuban treats and the attention to detail. I do not know what the negative reviews were all about. My experience at both Pinecrest Bakery in Cutler Bay and Pinecrest has been wonderful. As a matter of fact, my oldest son is passing through on his way overseas and I am taking him his little box of Pinecrest goodies tomorrow morning. (Margi Spencer)

I go there early quite often to grab something to eat before work. So far: Desserts/pastries: really good Empanadas and croquetas: some days are good, some days its tastes like it was made days ago. Dry , cold and stale. Sometimes I ask for chicken or ham empanadas and I receive beef. (Happened three times..really?!) Customer service: some of the girls are nice and others are snobby and loud.

I love this bakery, I like them all, but the one in cutler bay, no one know how to make sandwiches, not even the Cuban sandwich, I love Monterey cristo, they put lots of sugar on top of te bread, and it is always cold, also very poor customer service, I live like 10 blocks from the one in cutler bay, for a sandwich I always go to the one on us and 120.

OMG Love this place. I went to this bakery on Sunday first time. BEST CAKE. Great staff and the pastries are made fresh and delicious. They know how to make me the perfect cortadito. Also they have a HUGE Selection of beautiful cakes. GREAT FOOD 5 STARS Open 24/7. cant way to be back

My hubby and I are nighttime regulars. We eat there at least 3 times a week. The night crew (after 9 pm) is excellent; friendly, helpful, and they make THE BEST Cafe Con Leche and Pan Con Bistec in all of South Dade. Were addicted to Pinecrest Bakery at night.

The slowest bakery and rudest employees of all Dade County. The owners should be embarrassed with this place. The slowest women work here, expect to wait 1 to 2 hours to be serviced. Its absolutely absurd.
