This is the worst Burger King location in the entie franchise (and I am counting locations in other states and countries). They never get the order right, we are constantly overcharged and have to get the manager involved in every visit. At least they are always friendly, Ill give them that. We stop visiting for a while due to the constant problems and then decide to give them a shot to see if service got better. We see different staff so we hope for the best but obviously it must be a training problem because we always get overcharged and we are always missing items from our order. If you do decide to give this location a shot come with patience, carefully study your receipt and check your items before leaving the counter, specially if its to go.

The drive thru sucks. There is always a problem. The speaker does not work so you go to the first window and order and then it takes longer to get your food at the second window. Sometimes they have a woman with a raspy voice on the speaker and it makes it hard to hear and understand her.Their ice cream and frappe machine is always down. I stopped going and will never go back.

Just order some food and by the time I got home I realized they gave me the wrong food. I tried calling them multiple times but the phone rings for 2 minutes straight with no answer. Had a really long day and night at work, just wanted what I ordered. Not cool

The worst burger king location. I bought 30 dollars worth of food and they did not give me my fries. Im trying to call the location but no answer. I dont want to drive 20min again for 3 orders of fries. What a joke of customer service.

Feeling the Christmas Blues, I decided to hit the Burger King drive thru to fill my antibiotic prescription. One happy meal and Z Pack later my sniffles had all cleared up. Who needs Obamacare when there is a Burger King on ever corner?

The best remodeling of any fast food restaurant ever. The place is beautiful, very nicely lighted and very clean. I almost always order the Original Chicken Sandwich with unsalted French Fries, great taste and nice and crispy.

Dinning room was not clean. Then person at the register was not friendly at all. I said thank you twice and never got your welcome. The wait was pretty long and we where the only one there. They did get the order right.
