Food Safety Issue / Mothers day ruined. This was our second time at this establishment. We came back because the food was really really good. In fact I gave them a 5 star rating the 1st time because of the food and ambiance. Today, that rating is replaced with 1 star because we ordered our food and 30 mins later it was given to another couple who arrived about 20 mins after we did. After the couple realized it wasnt what they ordered, they notified someone who appeared to be a chef. That individual apologized to them and told them to keep that food and that they will also get what they ordered. No one came to us. After 5 minutes, my wife walked up and spoke to the employee at the register and informed them of what happened. After another 5 minutes, a waitress went to the other couples table, grabbed the food they received for free and brought it directly to our table. We said we didnt want that food. The waitress said ok and that they will bring us back new food. I spoke to my wife and decided to leave within 2 minutes so I went to the register to pay for the drinks we had and the waitress immediately came out with our "new" food. I dont know how it took 30 mins the 1st time and less than 2 mins to make eggs and french toast the second time. Im not sure if this place has a certified food manager but the server definitely doesnt know what shes doing and her ignorance will most likely get somebody sick in the future. Im sad we wont be going back again because the food was so good but I rather feel safe.

Best breakfast in a very long time. From the quality of the food to the Euro-Latin fusion twist to the menu. The owners took this place to another level. Is a South Beach ambiance in the middle of SW Miami. I love it and I will recommend to all my peers. A definite culinary experience....que riquera!!!

Its a cute little spot tucked away in a shopping center that doesnt really stick out, but the prices are very reasonable. The croque madame and croquettes were delectable and they also serve an interesting smoothie. Definitely worth a try if youre around here and want some cafe-style breakfast.
