Service was awesome, as always. Hostess seated us promptly and handled drinks, waitress took great care of us with drink refills and status checks. I think there must be a new cook: breakfast was not up to par. My mothers egg and home fries were perfect. My hash browns were a burnt shingle on one side and raw on the other, my scrambled eggs were rubbery and overcooked so I ate the ham and moved on. Im not complaining. The food is usually reliable and the service was perfect as always. Tl:dr Eat here, its good.

Not bad at all, put them through the paces: fried catfish, collard greens, hush puppies and cole slaw. Probably best greens I ever had, cooked just right, and catfish was excellent. Hush puppies were lighter than most, more like a fritter, which suited me fine. Cole slaw was a little mayonaissy. They serve breakfast all day, service was friendly and fast. Prices were real good, most meals are around the $6-$7 range. Place was clean and fairly packed on a sunday afternoon.

I just love this place, the staff is always friendly n good is good. When my mother passed away my dad went there to eat regularly. When his health started to fail Lydia always keep a helpfull eye on him n would call us if something was happening to him. We never had to worry about him when he went to eat here for he always had an angle named Lydia looking out for him. She has a heart of gold always caring about all of her customers!

Love this place ! we eat here alot, the service is great, love the waitresses , the food is excellent, the prices are extremely fair... easy access in PT. St. John FL. Across from the Indian River Lagoon , PT St John Boat Ramp...which has still not been completed since hurricane Matthew came thru...just a nice country atmosphere to it...

Dont get turkey and gravy dinner, tasted like it was sitting out and looked like garbage on my plate. Last time I got the chips they were stale.. just bad food. Anytime I go now I get breakfast. Only good thing on the menu

Lots of people standing around today like they werent sure what to do. Take an order we waited and waited. Never came back with bill or refills on drinks. Food today was just ok. Have had better here previously.
