This location is so bad at customer service that we make it point to go here every week just to see how much worse it is than the last time and make fun of the situation. I know this isnt the image they are trying to portray but it has become a ritual among quite a few of us. More often than not they bring us the wrong orders, more often than not the food is not good, more often than not we have to find a server to help us weather we eat inside or outside and even so we have to get our drinks from the bar because they never come to the tables regularly, our checks are often wrong, the servers are often rude and clearly dislike their jobs, we are always extra nice to them because its clearly the management thats the problem and why we have never asked to talk to a manager. I could give dozens of instances as we eat there weekly. ill continue to eat here as like i said its unintentionally become a ritual. This is feedback coming from the management staff of other local stores and its apparent that the management at this location is completely inexperienced and apparent that i or anyone really could run this place blindfolded and do a significantly better job. Im interested to know the qualifications these people had in order to get this job or if it was something like a favor from a friend and they have no clue what they are really doing. Anyway Im going to start writing a play by play review every time we eat here, i wish i would have started this a few months ago I have some GREAT stories.

I love the food, and the games are great to watch here (a little noisy due to the acoustics though) but the service is terrible. Ive eaten here 3 times. The first time it took about 20 minutes for a waitress to even stop by the table to take my order. They werent busy, only about 5 tables worth in the bar area, with 4 people at the bar. The second time it took over a half hour to get the order of wings after I ordered. Again, only 5-6 tables with people at them. The wings were barely warm. The third time, the waitress never came back to ask how the food was. She was busy hanging out at a table with two guys at it who she obviously knew. About 45 minutes after she brought my order she dropped off the bill. I said to her, The wings didnt have a lot of sauce on them she said, Well, they cant be that bad, you ate about half. Now I just get my orders to go.

Staff is very rude , we asked if they could turn the music off to hear the preseason strikers game and she said they couldnt , then we asked to speak to a manager then She told us that nobody watches the preseason games or the steelers and just walked away . I dont recall her name but she had blonde hair with a ponytail and a green headband . Our waitress that we had ok forever to bring us drinks so we decided to move over to the bar where Sean is . He is very helpful and was very attentive. He is the only reason why I am even deciding to give the place stars , would been a full 5 if I would have just started out with him . Sean is basically the 5 star by himself .

the wings, well, they are good. the medium wings are hot enough for most and I like really spicy stuff, maybe Im just out of practice??? The service is hit or miss at this location. We have one waitress that we actually ask for now, her name is Jackie and shes nice, attentive, talkative, knows football better than most guys and works like no other. We eat at all times but lately at the bar at 11pm when happy hour starts. They have select food items that go on sale for half price so its worth waiting for. I dont know if they do this on the weekends but it happens on most week nights. The chicken quesadilla is actually really good as are the other apps.

This place can be hit or miss depending on who you get both on the floor & in the kitchen. I like both the cheese curds & fried mushrooms with southwest ranch but the portion sizes are inconsistent even though they are suppose to be measuring them out by weight. As with all B-Dubs the seasonal sauces can be good or awful. I can remember tasting one made with Blue Moon & it tasted like the dregs from a beer stein leftover from the night before. They used to have a parmesan garlic flatbread which they took off the menu but since they still have all the ingredients they will still make it for you if you ask.

Service was not what we are accustomed to, the popcorn shrimp was anything but popcorn, it was more of a regular/jumbo size shrimp and when we asked our server about it, she offered to take it back and have it cooked more. No thanks, I dont think that will make it smaller. We asked the food runner about it, he replies "Ill triple check, but we did get new popcorn shrimp." And he NEVER came back. Now I dont know about everyone but I was pretty certain popcorn shrimp was little bite size, not borderline jumbo.

If you like watch servers and bartenders ignore their guests while they talk to their friends, poor quality food that takes forever, comes out cold, and served in a plastic basket; and you like watching large screen tvs in a warehouse with poor acoustics, then this is the place for you! My wife and I gave this establishment more chances then I would normally give. Each and every time they have disappointed! We will never return.

Food was sub par. Only redeeming part of the meal was the service. The boneless wings my wife and I ordered were like rocks dipped in sauce; breading was terrible. My son ordered regular wings which were decent and fries were good, but thats not enough to go back. Acoustics were quite loud and tables close together. Small kid kept bumping into us. Sad; we had hoped to make this a regular option since we live close by.

Depends what you are in the mood for. I visit twice a month. The Mango habanero chicken wrap is great most of the time. Something the chicken gets over cooked and you have to pick out the bad ones. The fries are usually fresh and the servers/bartenders will greet you with a smile and engage in good conversation. They will even adjust the TV set to your desired program if they are not busy.

Service & food were terrible. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer then an extra 20 for our main meal. (We were basically the only people in place & we had to ask about where our food was) Once our food arrived everything tasted like it was past its expiration date. The atmosphere & layout of the place were awkward & not even slightly intimate. Props to our waitress for trying, though.

I was a long time fan of your restaurant, but not any more. I noticed that you dont want law abiding citizens who exercise their constitutional rights to be able to protect their families on your property by legally carrying a firearm. Im sure most criminals can read and will obey your no firearms sign. I will not be back and Ill make sure I let everyone I know to not return.
