From the moment you walk in, its pure cuteness! From the decor to the owner Bayah! Shes so sweet, she looks like she would own a cupcake shop! The cupcakes are a little bite of HEAVEN! Ive tried them all, because I LOVE cupcakes and these are my favorite! I love the Caramel by the Sea! They are DELISH! They are the best in town, by far and I frequent Sassy Cakes at least weekly! Go ahead, you know you want to! If you arent running over there, you are doing yourself a great diservice! See you there!

LOVE this place!! I could live off the sea salt caramel and orange creme cupcakes theyre so delicious! The cupcakes are the perfect amount of sweet, not too overbearing that they give you a stomach ache! The new owner, Jazmine, was so young and bubbly and very helpful! Cute store, very bright and fun thats tucked away downtown. Visited them after they catered a friends wedding with a dessert table that was beautifully decorated with all sorts of cupcakes, cakes and cake pops!! Must try!!

Jazmine is friendly, professional, helpful, and flexible. She did an amazing job creating the perfect cake + cupcakes for our wedding. Everyone loved the cupcakes! She made our small top tier cake custom to our allergy needs and it was absolutely delicious. We were able to enjoy it without any reactions. The design and appearance were gorgeous! If you have any hint of a sweet tooth this place is not to be missed. I know people that dont care for cake that go crazy over Bayahs cupcakes. Sassy Cakes is located just behind Fifth Avenue on Fourth, so take a minute and duck over to their sweet pink and green cupcakery. Your tummy will be so happy you did.
