We decided to use uber eats and have wing house delivered so we put in a $47.00 order. Food arrived at our house and half of the order was missing. Called wing house told the lady that answered the phone that I used uber eats and what happened she said let me get the manager. So I guess the manager didnt want to be bothered because the girl got back on the phone and said its not our fault its uber eats fault to call them. Went on UberEATS and left a message about the order so at that point my wife called the wing house again got the same lady on the phone and got her to check for our missing food. Well hell there it is sitting at the wing house. What are the chances? We then are able to talk to the manager about what was going on and my wife ask him if they can remake one of the hot items and she will come and pick up the rest of the order. We are thinking no problem right........ well apparently this manager on the phone wants to place blame not their fault its uber eats fault. He also tells us UberEATS is his customer not us. OK..... so the short of the story from the managers perspective here is what I get. You are not my customer. Damn right I am not anymore and hopefully everyone I tell wont be either! Its UberEATS fault they didnt check the order. well dont you stab the boxes closed with tooth picks to let people know their food was not tampered with? So how does he check the order? I am not going to remake or give you your food unless you call UberEATS because I am not loosing money. This is the one that burns me up. A salad, pretzel bites, and curly fries. You just got slammed over roughly $6.00 of food cost instead you try to place blame. You are not a good manager and as I told you on the phone I will use every channel available to let others know how bad your customer service is. Have a wonderful day. ITS NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT YOU DIDNT GIVE HIM THE FULL ORDER!

There isnt much to like about this location. How ever i have never had issues at Ulmerton location. Our server was very forgetful. I ordered my drink as soon as we sat down 20 min later upon me asking i finally got my drink. It had been sitting at the bar being watered down the whole time . Which then ment it had to be remade. If they had been busy i could understand, but they were not. The server was more concerned about the table full of mens needs than the other tables she was to be serving. There was maybe 30 people in the whole establishment. The manager never came over to see that all was going well and was well aware there were issues in service. Upon ordering the 2nd round of drinks she once again forgot an i myself had to walk up an get my drinks. I had gone one time prior to this location an ordered my normal drink which is made with Patron . They didnt make the drink with Patron but 1800 silver . Not what i ordered an manager finally stepped in this time. So after 2 horrible experiences at this location with servers whom are rude and carless as well as bartender staff that thinks they can pull a fast one , i can honestly say i will never go back to this location. If you want good food ,drinks and service may i suggest Ulmerton rd in Clearwater. Stay away from Gulf to Bay . You wont be pleased

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! STAY AWAY! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!WORST QUALITY OF FOOD!!! I have been here many times to watch UFC fights. So many times we had issues with the service and the food quality.Last time we were here was the worst customer service ever!!! The server never brought us silverware before we got our food we had to wait over 10 minutes for our server to come and check on us and I still had to tell her that she never got us utensils,but she never said Sorry or anything like that. When we got our bill I noticed I got charged $0.99 for 1 slice of cheese,so I asked my server about because she never said it would be an " up charge" or whatever they call it and she starts arguing with me the whole time and then she brings over her " steroid head " dumbass manager who kept saying the same thing " cheese is not free" .I told him your server never told me that,he said " I should know that" . Anyways he finally takes the $0.99 charge of my bill and I tried to explain to him that it is not about the $0.99 its about the principal fact that our server never told me ,they both kept arguing with me and they never said Sorry ever, just kept arguing. My advise: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST FOOD QUALITY EVER!!!!!!!

The experience wasnt terrible, the food and price was. It cost my husband and I $28 for lunch. We were there less than 30 minutes. He got an 8 piece boneless BBQ wings meal. He was charge $.69 for ranch and $3.30 extra for fries. I got the philly chicken. My philly had NO cheese, and was all mushrooms, no onions or bell peppers. I also did not get fries, I got chips because thats what it came with. We had waters. When I asked our server, I dont remember her name, she is the medium blonde with the tat on her forearm why we were charged for ranch she said We always charge for ranch." I said but this is a winghouse? Your first ranch or blue cheese should come with it. She said "no most winghouses like Taco Mac or Hooters charges for ranch." WRONG. I ate at Hooters last month, and am a regular at taco mac, they charge for the second ranch sometimes yes, but for the first? I know it is stupid of me to get upset over $.69 but why didnt you tell me, and why does it not state it on the menu? I can spend the same price @ Hooters and get fries and the first ranch.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a $45.00 dinner with uber eats and was excited about getting something besides fast food. The uber eats app was very on track but when I received my order boy was I disappointed. First the chicken strips were dry and dark brown from dirty oil. My wrap was grilled and sloppy when i put a note in my order that I wanted it crispy and i did not receive the side item i also requested on my order so that tells me nobody read it or they just didnt care! I called and the manager said he could remake it but i would need to pick it up lol if that was the case i would of just went in to eat. He did put my name down for the next visit but there will not be a next visit. IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED that I wasted my money and a $45 dinner turned into a $65 dinner because my son couldnt eat his strips they were that nasty so I ordered him a pizza and I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH UBER EATS..........

My wife and I had the worst experience I have EVER had in a restaurant. We were with our two children who are always complimented on their behavior and manners. The waitress Justine was extremely rude to us and even more so to our children. We are from England but have lived here for several years. I know that sometimes it can be difficult to understand us but this girl was downright rude about it. She even told my children they needed to speak English so she could understand them. Yes I know this was a very ignorant statement coming from someone who was from another country herself (India). Our order came out completely wrong and when we asked for additional condiments she rolled her eyes and slammed the bottles on the table. I will never take my family in this location ever again. We have been to the Largo location and not experienced that but we will still never go back and be telling everyone about this experience.
