My office orders lunch from here OFTEN! However after today I will no longer be a customer of theirs. We ordered a salad with NO chicken ( for a vegetarian) but they put chicken on it. We ordered a chicken ceasar salad, but they didnt put any chicken on it. So I drive back up there to retrieve the right food for everyone just to come back to my food and realize they put tomatoes on my buffalo chicken wrap which I asked they not!!!! Really!? Not to mention when I call I was passed around to all 3 employees then spoken to rudely as if I was bothering THEM!!!! SMH...I will happily go right next door to Little Greek from now on!!!!!

I ordered french toast , hard scrambled eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. I received light scrambled eggs, okay french toast, and cut up hard french fries. Breakfast potatoes a soft melt in your mouth. Never hard usually sauteed with onions and bell pepper, not to ever be mistaken with french fries. I ordered hard scrambled eggs and received uncooked watery scrambled eggs which i hate. The sausage was horrible as well. The only decent food item i received was the french toast. Please dont order anything from this place you would be waisting your money.

One of the top placest for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA. What a joke to have "nice" in the store name when all of the women there are mean and rude as hell. Everytime i go the women there are never nice but bitchy like they have the worst lives ever. If u hate your job so much u should maybe get another. Just common sense. Your prices are HIGH. But your customer serivce is the equal to McDonlads. Get it together. Your place is just ridiculous. You will never get a red cent from me again. Take some google courses on customer service first.

I order lunch semi-regularly, it is a long wait so i try to order early. i havent really encountered the "bad customer service" but thats mostly due to the fact that i order online and its just a food/money exchange in person. I tried the breakfast for the first time and it was awful! the eggs were milky and un seasoned, the home fries were bland and they dont include salt and pepper packs. i requested cheddar on my eggs they didnt include it,....not a meal id want to have again. ill just stick to ordering lunch from time to time

Awesome food, incredibly slow delivery. Expect delivery to be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour late on most orders. EDIT1: Just ordered from them again, ordered a Fountain Soda for 2 dollars. After an hour they delivered a can of coke and a styrofoam cup of ice. EDIT2: Placed an order waited an hour and a half, never showed up, called in, they said they would get it out right away and gave me a $20 gift card. Took 40 minutes after the phone call to get my food. Ordered at 11:37 got my food at 1:51. At least it tasted good?

So I have to say, the to go food here awesome!! But the dine-in experience is pathetic at best. I deal with rude customers all day, its such a terrible surprise to deal with the rude staff as well. If anyone says hi, its to their regulars. Ive not heard one person say please or thank you, meanwhile I continue to be overly pleasant to see if maybe they realize someone being polite to them then, they correct their behavior, but that appears to be asking too much.

Every time I order from here my order is wrong. The past 3 days my food went to the trash. Very, very frustrating and a waste of money ughhhhh. Not to mention that their prices are high as is so its all quite ridiculous. Thank you. That would be very much appreciated. I am referring to the location on Benjamin Rd. in Tampa, FL. 33634. Update- I have still not heard back from the owner......

The food is delicious and the cafe con leche is a must try but the prices are on the high end for lunch and the delivery service is horrendous often taking between 1.5-2 hours every single time even if you order early in the am to avoid the lunch rush. There are other restaurants in the area with fast delivery so this is very disappointing.

We ordered mity nice off of UBER EATS today, and Im impressed ! The food came fast within 30 min. It was very tasty . Buffalo wrap, steak and cheese, pasta salad, and potato salad were all great . I asked for them to all be made special and they accommodated all my requests . Definitely ordering again .

just ordered lunch and i order a serious burger it was dry messy and just plain nasty they put to much garlic mayo the onions was burnt tasted like a dry meatloaf will not ever order again and to think i spent 10.00 for lunch ugh......should of went to burger king

I ordered 1/2 Muffaletta Sandwich and Chili today for lunch and I did not recognize the sandwich. First the sandwich was not a Muffaletta, it was smashed, empty and disgusting. The chili was equally as horrible tasted bitter yuck. Never again.

I do catering for my office often, and their prices are a bit on the crazy side. When you order for 60+, it shouldnt be the same price per person as you would when you order for 10 people.
