No customer service whatsoever. Pull up to drive thru to make an order and the girl cant even hear me because they are all screwing around inside the store. After placing my order three times in order for her to get it correct, I pulled to the window to pay. The girl opened the window with her back to me and continued her conversation about her work schedule with other employees inside the store. After waiting 7-8 minutes for three smoothies and one wrap when there were NO customers inside, our order was wrong and the smoothies were not made correctly. We eat here enough to know what the food and smoothies should taste like and this is not the way they should taste.

I only come for the shakes...but I was trying to get punches on my card since there are so many places around me here and Im greeted with "yes we dont do those and thats it.it is clean an empty on a Friday night...lol. The staff was great they let me try a new combo and now I know why I dont make the combos. They were super nice and made another for me. And yes this place even has a drive thru and all that gives back$ . i added a star for Alex and his great customer service skills. I just think what a shame they dont carry a childs menu. Great concept just not fully developed marketing.

Food and smoothies are expensive. I have a friend that works here. She told me that most of the fruit used in the smoothies are rotten. I didnt want to believe it. When Ive ordered in the past everything was good. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I ordered a banana smoothie today. When I recieved it, the smoothie was brown and tasted awful. It tasted rotten. Will not be going back there. That is disgusting.

I come here after every Saturday morning tennis play. Tropical smoothie is always trying new flavors. They must know what their doing because the new flavors always taste good. I tend to stick with a mango smoothie if Im not too sure. Cant go wrong there. The food is healthy and a decent size so you dont go stuffing your face. The wrap and smoothie combo gets you the best value.

Staff is friendly, smoothies are great, but the food is mediocre. For the price, youd think everything was made to order, but all eggs, chicken, steak, and pork are reheated for your sandwich, wrap, or salad. If you really insist on ordering food, try the veggie hummus wrap. Dont expect to be in-and-out like a fast-food joint, order preparation isnt very quick.

Im so disappointed in the service if you can even call it that. After sitting in the drive through for 20 mins with only one car infront of me, i finally got to the window. I sat there for 3 more minutes waiting while i was compleatly ignored. My money was not taken and i didnt even get a sorry, well be right with you, so Ill never be going back there

Our cashier, a super helpful, friendly girl named Savannah was awesome with helping us decide what we would really love! She was right on point! I had a spinach salad that was different than anything Ive ever had but was quite good! My boyfriend had the jerk chicken sandwich and he loved it! Will definitely be back! Thanks Savannah!

Slow and overpriced. It shouldnt take 20 minutes for a couple tacos, let alone when youre the only one in there. I ordered a fruit salad, and it came in a travel sauce container. Basically, one chunk of cantaloupe would fit in it. I have gone there three times and its pathetic every time. Never again. Youre out!

There was a young kid walking around near the food prep area in street clothes with no net, hat, or gloves. He said he didnt work there when I stepped up to give my order, although he stood in front of the register. I think that violated some kind of health policies. Gross

the staff is friendly and familiar with their steady customers. the service is excellent and so is the food. i recommend the Strawberry Beach Smoothie and the Turkey/Bacon Ranch sandwich.

Usually the food and beverages are excellent. The wait time is ridiculous though. It should never take 15 minutes to take an order with only two cars in the drive thru at lunchtime.
