Ive been going to the Drew location for years, because even though the food is average at best, this is the best place to watch UFC, basketball, football etc, but after last weekend I will never be back. There were 5 of us, and between the entire table we spent a couple hundred dollars. We were there for a couple of hours, and because we were taking up a table for longer than an hour we all tipped well over 20%. One of my friends was a little drunk, and was being kind of a jerk to our waitress, but she was throwing it right back at him, always with a smile, as it was nothing to harsh, and I was apologizing to her and doing my best to keep in him check. about 15 minutes after our tabs were paid and tips were left, a male supervisor came over and said "I need you guys to leave". He claimed that our waitress said my friend was getting aggressive and touching her. I want to be completely clear. The accused was not, at any point in time, even close to being within arms reach of this waitress. No one touched her, no one crossed the line, not once did any comment become inappropriate, or hurtful. Not once did she act, or express that she was uncomfortable or unhappy. We obviously defended the accused, and ourselves because that is not the type of people we are, and the supervisor went from extremely confrontational to some what polite, my friend got up and left. I on the other hand, like so many nights before, dropped $70 on the tab and tip with the sole purpose of watching the UFC fight. At the time of the supervisor asking us to leave, the main event was on, so I told him I was going to leave when the fight concluded, and I wasnt given any further trouble for this. I think it was just the end of this girls shift, she was young and seemed to be new to the service industry, she wanted us gone so she could leave, and this was her solution. To me that is unacceptable. Normally during football season I go there for the Thursday and Monday night games with a few friends, but because of this I purchased the Sport Package from my cable provider and we will not be going back to BWW.

Started fine, but all follow up service and experience was lacking. The restaurant was nearly empty, with a dozen open hi-top tables, and most of the main booth/table area was vacant. We received our food and drinks without issue. Our server checked on the taste and quality once near the beginning of the meal. It started fine. However the initial drinks were completely gone and all but the last bite of food was left before the first refill order was taken. Then, the food was completely gone and we discussed just leaving money on the table. Finally the one, single drink refill was delivered. Unfortunately the drink smelled like... soap? Maybe mold? Thank goodness the manager happened to be walking by. He smelled the drink and agreed there was an issue. He took the drink behind the bar and had a discussion with the bartender concerning the drink. I could see, but not hear, their conversation. Based on their body language alone, I believe this is not the first stinky drink occurrence. I joined him at the bar and he was able to adjust the bill. At this point he told me that sometimes "the machine" doesnt clean the glasses correctly. My review of 2 stars indicates that I might be back, but not for a long time. I hope they can fix the issues with the machinery and the timeliness of service in a low-attendance establishment. If this was not the first stinky drink, I am concerned that the issue was not already corrected in the past.

I told the server to split the payment up, put half on my card and the rest was to be paid in cash, she proceeded to run the FULL PAYMENT OF 54.85 on my card causing my account to be put in the negative, she came back with receipt and I assumed everything was fine, I get to the car and I get a text saying my account has been over drawn, I go back in the restaurant to speak with her and then thats when she tells me she "accidentally" ran it all on my card and once she noticed her mistake she said "Oh s*** and "reversed the payment" and "swore to GOD" she did and it will fall off, well it didnt and because she did this my account is all screwd up, she was not truthful and transparent because she failed to mention to me the first time her mistake, she just gave me the receipt and walked away. If I would have never went back in there she would have never told me, whose going to cover the over draft fee? Not BWW Im stuck with it and Im put in a fincinal bind!!!! I will not be back to this location and on top of that I had to ask twice for a water and I originally asked for it when I sat down. The fries came out cold but everything was hot.

A slow Tuesday at the B W W, the hostess opened the door for me I thanked her she said it was not very busy. And it was slow in there there was 7 people at the bar, and 4 tables with 2 people at each most everyone there all ready had food all but two tables one of which the waitress was at taking there order after taking there order she got them drinks then did the same with the next table after that she got everyone a refill at the bar still hasnt even made eye contact with me, her manager came over and offered to get me a drink so I took this opportunity to order my food, I get an hour lunch, so after I drive for 2 minutes to get there I have to sit and wait for all most 20 minutes to place my order I still have to eat and drive back to work. So the kitchen took 20 minutes to cook a hamburger and fries??? I did not have time to eat, I got up and left when the waitress put my food down, it was the worst dinning experience I have ever had not that I got to eat anything.

KAAREN rushes you on the phone but cant seem to remember what you tell her for someone who acts like a know it all. Shes extremely rude and unprofessional. Its funny how she rushes you on the phone like she can only talk for a min, then messes up EVERYTHING on the order. EVERY TIME KAAREN TAKES OUR ORDER ITS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. You want light tomatoes, youre gettin extra tomatoes. IF KAAREN PICKS UP ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE SERIOUSLY. Youre going to be so stressed out by her stupidity. They seem to want to keep it in their tradition to mess up orders every. single. time. we order. Its a good thing WE double check before we leave so they can fix it because theyre too clueless to do it themselves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! They dont know how to operate their computers-clearly the managers dont care about the places reputation as they are extremely stubborn to help fix the errors THEY made. Horrible service all around

If you would like a very loud sports bar with blaring TVs and VERY BAD FOOD, then you will love this place. Maybe the patrons just want to drink; then maybe they will eat anything served to them. My husband and I went there the other night for a quick bite just to try it. There werent many people in the place but the electronics were so loud we had to shout to each other to communicate and probably damaged our hearing. The "lightly breaded chicken tenders" had a mortar-like coating of starch and fat that was difficult to bite through. They were truly disgusting. The wings were very average. The honey barbeque sauce tasted like a fast food restaurant. The only tasty part of the meal were the onion rings and they were very greasy and none too healthy. I would not bring your children there unless you are grooming them to be fat arm-chair athletes like their redneck parents. On a positive note, we had a very good server.
