My husband and I order from here all the time and are always happy. We even say its the best chineese food we have had in Bradenton...however tonight I am more then dissatisfied. I called and ordered food for delivery and an hour later, it was delivered and wrong. When I called back, the man who originally took my order was rude to me and telling me he repeated himself 3 times... which he did, however he repeated what I asked for, not what they gave us. He then told me he would "swap" it out but it would be a long time b4 they could come back out. 25 minutes later a different delivery guy showed up and sat at the door for a good 3 minutes accusing my husband of us eating some of the wrong food, which we did not. We opened it, saw it was wrong, and closed it. It was stapled and I dont have a stapler to restaple it so mayb thats why... i have never heard of a place taking the food back after it was opened... what r they going to do with it? Give it to someone else? Im most upset about how I was talked too and find it completely rude and unprofessional.

So I have been ordering from here for awhile now and Im usually very happy with the food and service. I always have my food delivered. There is one delivery person that comes by that always haggles me for a tip. I do apologize that Im not rich enough to give more than I have. Understandably I have already spent money on food and you charge me to deliever. Most of the time when I pay in cash I do tip, but she was completely rude and screaming that I never tip. She left saying never again. I can only assume this means she wont deliver again. Fine by me. Im tired of being haggled for a tip when all I want is to eat the food I paid for.

Prices are decent and food is generally good. Staff is unbelievably rude and carry out orders are NEVER ready when they tell you. We live across the street so it is very convenient, but very frustrating. Third time in a row Ive called in carry out and shown up 20 min later, then sat for another 20. This time there isnt a single person dining in and appears in the only carry out. Always an excuse, never an apology. Pathetic service

Just because Danielle Wallace was so shameless that she had the audacity to put herself on shame street central by admitting she never tips because she cant afford it, Im giving this place 5 stars to make up for her ridiculous review. If your that broke then WALK to the store you moron! Dont make local small businesses pay for your cheapskate laziness! Unbelievable.

ordered panang curry from this restaurant and it was not good.. returned the food to the store for a refund and the manager was very rude and obnoxious.. although only a very small portion of the food ws eaten she only offered a half refund and called me a liar.. I will never go here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Returned a carry out order that was not prepared as usual and had a chemical after taste. Manager was very nasty and rude refusing my request for another order. Really sorry I was treated that way as I go there a lot, but no more!

Highly recommend the Pork with Broccoli here. The bourbon chicken is a little hit or miss. The fried rice is always good and I love that they deliver.
