HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was here from out of state, just bought a condo down the road and was excited to find a cute little coffee shop and bakery. I got a coffee and muffin at Kookie Krums...the coffee was gross-tasted like flavored water and the muffin was dry and very bland, but that wasnt the worst part. I tried to talk to the owner...complimented her store, asked about her best sellers-I planned on buying gifts for those I was visiting. She didnt even give me eye contact. She just said "theyre all good" and acted like I was wasting her time. I was shocked at how rude she was to a brand new customer. You would think customer relations would be a priority in a small family owned store. Very disappointed.

I am in Texas. I was seeking a small busines local (to Largo) for a gift that I was sending to my nieces. I found a perfect gift, fairly priced with timely and cost effective shipping options. Their site was easy peasy. I did have one question that I called the store about. The person that I spoke with was sweet and very helpful. Thank you Kookie Krums! You were exactly what I was looking for!

They helped me out a of great holiday gift dilemma! I believe I talked to the owner, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. Local places like this are such a gem, and with a locally handpainted flower pot to boot! I will definitely come here again. Highly recommended!
