This store is very small. The aisles are narrow. Most of the staff is fantastic, but there are a few that are NOT friendly at all. Im a very happy and chatty type of person and I talk to everybody. When I go through Sandras line she makes me feel like Im scum. She NEVER smiles and looks grouchy all the time. Ive tried several times to be friendly to her, but she looks at me like Im from a different planet and then rolls her eyes. Shes even pointed at me to another associate and rolled her eyes. Not nice. I would be extremely happy to not have to see her in that store ever again.

Publix prices are absolutely ridiculous. And the store manager at this location must be half retarded! NO pork roll unless you buy those tiny boxes, NO DIET TEA WITH LEMON! When was the last time someone said, get me a handful of Blueberries for my tea? NEVER! But they have plenty of that! Land O lakes cheese? Not here! Real kaiser rolls, not here! And the prices! 2-3 dollars more on many items. PUBLIX IS A RIP OFF, but we deserve it, we keep going back. And maybe Rick Scott will do a better job this time! Boy, Floridiots!

Publix on West Bay and Clearwater Largo Road will forever get my service. I walk in with a sick baby to fill her script and get her some much needed things, and not only does the manager open up a lane just for me, the other manager came over and unloaded my cart, and spoke to grace and gave her attention while I paid for the things she needed. The manager who cashed me out, made conversation with me, and made me feel at home. That was probably one of the best experiences Ive had in a store in so long.

This place is horrible, publix claims to provide exceptional customer service to keep them coming back, but you could pay me to shop at this place again because the employees are rude, management is disorganized and you cant find anyone to answer any of your questions...This store is a disgrace to the retail industry and should be shutdown...all in all i had a horrible experience at this place and i would to go back if it was the last publix in the area.

this is by far the worst publix in Largo/Clearwater - the staff, particularly the older workers, are rude and often chatting with friends rather than willing to help. Food is just rotting on the shelves, you have to check everything, some stuff is 8 months or more past the expiration date. This place is the worst, I guess they are just waiting for people to buy all the rotting crap before closing it in favor of the new one up the road. good riddance.

Its Publix, what else is there to say. The best customer service possible, the best Subs you can get, and you pay a little extra for those things. In my opinion, it is well worth it. Update: I will not be returning to this particular Publix. Their customer service staff was rude and refused to provide change for a local small business that buys food and supplies from them nearly everyday.

This Publix is A Cut Above. The meat department is very well-run and there is one especially helpful clerk/meat cutter, Albert. I spend between 175 and $250 every month at this particular store I have three other public stores that are the same distance from my home and I choose to go to this one.

Terrible service in the deli all I wanted was the sandwich I stood there for 10 minutes and got no help. The guy cooking chicken said he would be over in a minute and then other people walked up to the hut deli counter and he started serving them in ignoring me, bad experience

We use this supermarket and pharmacy every week. Very busy on Friday afternoon but we always get quick, friendly service. The pharmacy staff is excellent! The produce is very good.
