They are extremely slow and employees are rude. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and when I opened it up the cheese was not the least bit melted. I took it up to the counter and the employees stared at me like I was insane and said that whats wrong with it? Its a cheese quesadilla and thats what you got. The whole Point is to have melted cheese not look like you warmed up a tortilla and put the shredded cheese on top from the bag and had it to me without melting. The beans are always old regardless of the time of day you get there. I could go on and on. Bottom line is they suck.

My son always asks for the three Cool Ranch Locos Tacos with lettuce and beef, but NO cheese. 85% of the time the get it right, but some other times they add cheese and take out the lettuce. Ive explained to them while on the drive through to check that it is No Cheese-Yes Lettuce. I know they are trying their best, but sometimes even the cashiers get frustrated that the cooks didnt follow directions. I believe Im the only one that asks for that special way of making the locos tacos, by now they should know, right?

Im so over this location. I live right down the road and thats the only reason I come here. Every single time I come here the line in the drive through wraps around the building and the employees move so slow. I also ask for a different sauce on my food, so I get charged $.30 and they NEVER put the sauce on/wrong sauce on my food. i would call to have them fix my food but they mess up the "fixed" food as well. I miss the managers cared enough to either fire better people or teach their staff some manners.

My boyfriend and I used to frequent this taco(usually late at night) and the staff was so friendly and never messed up our order...unfortunately weve almost completely stopped going there after what seemed like they changed their entire staff, I cant tell you have many times weve gone through the drive thru then made it home and something was wrong or missing...needless to say we RARELY go there anymore which sucks because its the only Taco Bell in Altamonte

Been going to this taco bell for quite some time since its so close by. Cant say I enjoy my experience though. Waits are ridiculous, lines are long, food is good if they get the order right. I dont blame the workers, the managers should have a sitter handle on this. And tonight was the last straw when they literally got two things on my entire order right. But couldnt enjoy nachos since they didnt provide cheese. So I basically got one burrito for $15.00.

Loving the remodeling that was just done! Some of the staff could use an equally good change however. Very prompt service, just lacking the smile youd expect from customer service. Additionally, the food was a bit "slapped together", when compared to the neighboring Taco Bell and also considering the fact that there were no other customers. Very clean facility however and I may end up trying them again in the future. No student discount! :(

Meh sometimes takes a bit and they often mess up on the orders. But overall its fast food and the workers are underpaid so you cant really complain. Think of it from their point of view. They dont get paid enough to deal with some of the people that yell nonstop for the sauce being wrong or the cheese not being all the way melted. Breakfast crew seams to know whats up tho.

The past few visits here have had issues. They dont have the online order I placed and paid for a half hour prior, the drive thru line is always long and always very slow, you have about a 25% chance of having your order messed up, and the staff is unexpectedly rude. Still 2 stars because they used to be much better and hopefully they can be again.

Food is always wrong. People there have attitudes and are rude. I saw one guy wipe the sweat with the back of his gloves and continue to make burritos. Thats disgusting! The management must really be horrible. They use to actually be really good. Maybe they got a new management Im not sure. But they are horrible now

My worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. I frequent Taco Bell at least 3 times a month. This particular store is not on its game! It took 13 minutes to get one taco and a tostada. The show of the taco and tostada or stale. I will never go back to this particular restaurant again

This two guys working on table were so slow....!!! I dont think I. Have ever seen anyone move so slow to prep food. They should call it slow food, not fast food. After almost 20 minutes of waiting i got my two burritos. I really had to fight the urge to not get my money back.

Went there at 2am in the drive through. There was about a 7 or 8 car line waiting. Took over 40 minutes to reach the window. They blamed it on being shirt staffed but I dont know how they dont prepare for the midnight rush as it like that every night. Worst taco bell.

Probably the best taco bell on this side of town. Food is hot every time. My orders have been right 99% of the time, even when there is a long line the traffic moves at a good even pace so youre not waiting anything more than 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Waited in line for 25 minutes. No excuse for you to be slow. This altamonte Springs. Hire more people. Breakfast is awesomw but everytim i come after 7, it is the slowest line in fast food. No excuse Taco Bell. Step in and do something about this.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. Food is always hot and fresh. My kids love it too. They dont like to go to other Taco bells because is either cold or the tacos are empty. If you love Taco Bell like we do go to the one on 436 and Montgomery

Always kind of hit and miss with this one. Theyre extremely busy most of the time and change staff a lot. I have weird vegetarian orders, sometimes they come out right, sometimes they dont. They do always seem to enter the order right at least.

This particular taco bell is owner-operated. Ive noticed the menu prices are sometimes higher than other taco bell locations in the area. On the upside, its usually empty and quiet. As far as food quality, its average fair for a taco bell.

Guy in front of me complained t took his order 23 minutes. I figured it was a problem with his order. But my order took 22 minutes! There was a large crowd of people just standing around waiting for their food. Very, very, slow service.

Dont take this four star review the wrong way, theres nothing wrong with this Taco Bell, they make decent food at reasonable prices, theres just nothing that truly sets it apart. Go here for a solid meal, and friendly employees.

Even though my order was a little wrong. This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I mostly go to drive thru and the girls that work are always so sweet and funny and the food is always good, even the accidents

Pathetic! Every time day or not the line is damn near to the street & when you get to the window you see 6 or 7 people in the back just standing around. No taco is worth 32 min wait in a line you cant get out off.
