I have never had an issue at any Publix except this location, which is why I always go to the nicer one around the corner. However, I was on my way back from another store and decided to stop in real quick to grab a sub before work. The gentleman who made my sub started off by not switching his gloves after he just made someone elses sandwich, didnt clean the counter off (it looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day), and didnt clean the knife either! He started to cut my bread and I asked if the knife still had horseradish on it (which I could see it did) from the previous persons sandwich. He said yes and he asked if I wanted him to clean it off.. seriously disgusting! I should of just left right then. He then proceeds to just put mustard in the crease of the bread and not spread it, even when I asked him politely to spread it evenly. The tomatoes he put on my sub were green in the middle, again I asked nicely to put tomatoes that werent green on there and he acted confused as to why I wouldnt want gross looking veggies on my sub. Worst experience at a deli in my life. I did not even eat my sub because I kept thinking about how gross the counter was and how he didnt clean anything in between me and the guy before me, I would of gotten sick for sure. I always go out of my way to go to Publix because of the better quality of product and service but I will NEVER come back to this location ever again. There is a Publix around the corner that is way better (and cleaner). I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The only reason you get 1 is because I spoke to the manager afterwards and she was apologetic and very professional.. but it still will not make me ever come back.

Publix pharmacy Jamestown Plaza 951 N State Rd, are really awesome people. We should inform Mr.Justin Goree how good they were. Today all three of them did an excellent job. Especially the Pharmacy manager, Technician Lisa and other person - i did not get the name. They went out of the way to help Mother-in-Law Prescription so quickly and promptly. This happened today at 13:56 PM on 10/09/2015. We need to ensure such good people are recognized. Same goes with Ms. Ally was the Cashier-she is really young, could be a student, super smart. Please ensure to pass this message across the world. This is true example of customer service in Publix today. Earlier Mr.Mark in Altamonte was awesome gateway crossing-he is retired now i guess. Worked for 30 years really sincere, honest, ethical , integrity person. Thanks again Sri

Greg the manager and all the workers there, especially in the deli department, are always so helpful! Weve been going there since before our son was born. On the rare occasion Ive had an issues with something, they quickly make it right. The only negative is that our favorite bakery person was transferred to another store. We miss Suzanne. Its like a big family there.

When is purchasing my items I inserted my card into the chip reader. The cashier was quick to tell me to read the screen, like I was a dummy, it said to swipe the card and that it wouldnt work if I didnt. She was the rudest lady Ive ever experienced at a Publix.

This was the worst visit Ive ever had at this publix. This used to be my favorite publix but every visit lately seems to get worse and worse. The girl that works customer service is the rudest Ive ever encountered. This was my last visit to this publix.

Smaller Publix grocery store, easier to find items and fairly easy to find parking near the entrance. Clean and well-stocked. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is higher produce prices compared to discount stores such as Aldis.

I have been shopping at this Publix for many years. Most of the staff provide excellent service. The store is decently clean. The meat, produce and fruits selection and quality are not as good as the Publix on Wekiva Springs and 434.
