This place just opened right across the street from my office. From the outside, it looks very nice. Inside appears just as nice... and that is what you are paying for. The servers are very nice, but clearly inexperienced. Even though the place was quite empty this morning at 8am (maybe 10 customers in the whole place), I was rushed to order. The menu is confusing because they intermix omelettes and scrambled eggs. I ordered an omelette named after bacon in it and when it was served, he asked me if I wanted sour cream and salsa. I was surprised by the request after he described an omelette with bacon and sausage when I ordered. I later told him had he offered salsa and sour cream up front, I would have ordered something else. What came instead was tiny pieces of chewy, under-cooked bacon inside the egg that you had to hunt for. In fact, the bacon tasted exactly like the Oscar Meyer Bacon Pieces you can get in your local grocery store or on Amazon. Everything else was piled on top including a mountain of taco meat. This was not what I read in the menu nor what he described. About half way through, I couldnt eat anymore because it was so awful. The final straw was biting down on chewy bacon that instantly inflamed one of my molars (I have no teeth issues) and it still hurts hours later. After telling the server about biting down on bad bacon, he argued with me saying their bacon is baked and there is no way it is chewy. He then proceeded to change his story saying there was no bacon in my dish (on my way out, I double-checked the menu and viola I am not crazy). I told my server the food was not what I expected and that I could not eat any more of it because it was so bad. His response was "The next time you come here, you should have...." Really? A customer tells you it was a bad experience and all you do is tell me what I should do next time? You charged me $14.32 for this awful food and bland coffee and offered no recourse to my dis-satisfaction. And when I handed him a $20 bill, he realized he had no change at all (he thought I couldnt hear his conversation with another server literally 3 feet right behind me) and took a few more minutes to figure that out and ended up just giving me $6 change with no explanation. Well, I have news for you, the next time I go out for breakfast in Heathrow, I am going right back to Peach Valley. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! After being excited to have another good breakfast place in the area today was my first chance to eat at this restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is clean, modern and nicely furnished with many options for seating. My waiter was personable, attentive, and kind but that is where the complements end. I have never felt the need to leave a comment about a restaurant before, but this was such a disappointment I felt compelled to share. The food was incredibly expensive for what you receive. I order the Eggs Benedict $14.99 (traditional version), I ordered fruit instead of potatoes and side biscuit ($1.99). I asked for the biscuit to come out first which it did. The biscuit was cold and the bottom of the biscuit was soaked with water or something else. I thought there is really nothing worse than a cold biscuit, I found that a soaking wet cold biscuit is worse, much worse. The Eggs Benedict tasted fine but the Hollandaise sauce was curdled and chucky having obviously been over heated or just old and dried out. The fruit, which is really hard to mess up, was just laziness and completely inattentive in the making. The cantaloupe had seeds, which I found the hard way, and spongy which means it was very old, the honeydew melon which made up most of the fruit consisted of only the rock hard and tasteless rind of the melon. The bottom line, I wish the restaurant paid as focus in the kitchen as they seem to have in the seating areas. Its one thing to mess up something on the plate and one thing is easy to forgive. However, when everything you order is poor quality it says something about the kitchen staff and leadership. Whoever owns this place needs to have a serious training day with the kitchen staff. It is doesnt look right, dont serve it, if you wouldnt eat it dont serve it. Good food is not a hard thing to do and it sets the stage for your restaurants future. I wanted to like this place, I really did..

This restaurant should be called The ROTTEN Egg just because of the TERRIBLE service. The food is good, though pricey ($10 for biscuits and gravy) and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the service is horrible. My wife and I visited the place early one Saturday morning, with five others, based on the recommendation of a friend. We had to ask our server, Shawntel, for condiments repeatedly, and she got so flustered during the process of taking seven orders at our table that that she made an error on one of them, but the trouble really started when we received our checks. Between the seven of us there were four separate checks, and the server gave the checks to the wrong parties. We called this to her attention, and she corrected that problem, but when she returned to the table with our debit cards she again gave them to the wrong parties (I had someone elses debit card in my hand, and someone else had mine). On further examination we discovered that she had charged the cards for the wrong checks! When we brought THAT to her attention she scooped up all of the checks and cards and was gone a long time. (We found out why later). After she returned we asked to see a manager, and all of the employees who were within earshot ducked their heads and fled. When we were finally able to get a manager to come to our table, she didnt address our complaints, trying instead to shift the responsibility onto us by saying "Im sorry you feel that way." When we got home I took a look at our bank account (for the debit card we used to pay our check) and found that at some time during the process she had charged us for all of the tickets at the table! If you do decide to dine here be sure to examine your check closely and PAY IN CASH - do not hand them your debit or credit card!

I was really excited to try this place, as a new breakfast joint is always something to look forward to. Its to bad the excitement stopped at the door... Walking in, it looks very pleasant, i chose to sit on the patio at the outside bar because it was a beautiful Florida morning. The place was MAYBE half full on a Sunday morning. The bartenders were fine at first, i got a coffee and a water and ordered within about 10-15 minutes of being there. I ordered your standard eggs Benedict.. After about 30 minutes went by without any food, i started getting the "it will be out in 5 minutes" from the bartenders...(if you can call them bartenders. They had ZERO idea how to work a bar. They were pathetic honestly) After hearing "it will be out in 5 minutes" about 5 times after i have already been there for 30 minutes i was really starting to get frustrated. I kept my cool and politely asked them to just make it to go, as i have better things to do then sit and wait this long for eggs. The "bartender" acknowledged and said "no problem, it is coming right out". Literally, another 15 minutes went by with two more "it will be out in 5 minutes" lies and i got so frustrated i told them to forget it and i left. The people next to me also left because they saw how long i have been waiting and they did not feel like waiting that long. May i remind you that the place was MAYBE half full!!! I feel sorry for those very inexperienced servers/ bartenders when/ if they ever get a full house. I was honestly hoping for a good experience but there are too many other well established, professional breakfast eaterys in my area that i am going to stick with. Sorry for the long review but i feel like this story needed to be shared!
