인터넷 검색해서 기본 1시간은 기다린다고 했고 맛도 아주 좋다고 해서 찾은 장소였습니다. 오전 10시 반정도면 브런치 타임이라 기다림이 길 것으로 예상했지만 특별한 무엇을 기대하고 갔는데 손님이 한 명도 없었습니다. 헐~~ 그냥갈까하다 샌드위치를 시켰는데 맛은 나쁘진않지만 그저 그런 보통수준 정도입니다. 인터넷검색에 실망한 그런 사례였습니다.

Great spot for a sandwich, but theyre not fast to get them out. You can get everything hot or cold and topped exactly as you like it, but Ive found that you often get a few toppings you didnt ask for because the staff is rushing through and misreading the order slips. I was excited to try their house made potato chips, but didnt enjoy them as they are salt and pepper flavored; a terrible flavor in my opinion. They were crunchy and fresh though. I recommend the grinder made hot.

Really long line, which I guess should be expected being so close to the national mall. Took a while to get through, and we were really lucky to find seating. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The cashier rung us up wrong even though its plainly on the sub wrappers, so that was annoying. This location didnt have as many options as other ones have had. Only 3 vegetarian choices whereas others have 6 or so. But the food was really good.

I ordered the turkey sub with cranberry, and stuffing. Extra with bacon. I got turkey, mayo, and lettuce. I sent it back for the stuffing, bacon and cranberry sauce, and when he handed me back the sub, I said "cranberry, stuffing, and bacon on it?" He replied yes and nodded. When I got back to my car there was only cranberry added. So....fail.

First time. Excellent sandwich and quick service, if a bit of a wait for the sandwich to be ready. The downside to this location is seating is scarce, so try to avoid the lunch rush if you intend on eating there. The whole of GSA seems to descend upon the place. Bonus points for surprisingly fast wifi.

Ordered a super thank-you turkey, but my sandwich never came. Brought it to the attention of the cashier, and he took my order again and gave me a free large drink. Tad bit pricey, but for what was the best sandwich Ive had with unmatched customer service, definitely worth a try if youre in the area!

Everything is optional. Which which offers a dizzying array of options. You basically check off your order on your bag. From bread type, size, meat toppings, condiments...everything. And they offer just about everything. Takes "have it your way" seriously.

Nothing particularly special in terms of food selection or quality, ordering system is pointless, and the cashier gave me attitude. Seating is also quite limited. Napkins are impossible to get when its busy.

The ruben is nice. You get a little intimidated at first from the ordering sheets but its no big deal. The staff is on point to welcome you and make sure you have a good lunch. Ill come back

This was my first visit at a Which Wich shop. The employees werent too friendly. The food was delicious, though, and a tad pricey. It was $15 for a sub, drink and chips.
