I love the General Manager. She is pleasant & professional. I have always had a great experience & great sandwiches, but I am so upset right now, I am shaking! I have a broken foot, so I ordered a sandwich online & asked my daughter to pick it up an hour later. When she got there, she was told the order was never received, so she placed it a second time. After a bit, she was handed TWO sandwiches. When she tried to explain that they duplicated the order, they insisted thats what I had ordered. She tried leaving with one sandwich, but she says one of the people behind the counter threw the second sandwich down & told her to take it. When she returned with both sandwiches, I checked my credit card & saw I was double-charged. My daughter was scared to go back, so I had to have her drive me in my cast to the place. I handed the second sandwich back & calmly tried to explain the misunderstanding. The employee behind the counter didnt want to give me a refund & kept arguing with me about how it takes a few minutes between when the order is placed & then received. I told him I had placed the order an hour before my daughter had showed up. How much more time did they need? He continued to argue with me & not give me a refund, so I asked to see the Manager. He said there was no manager there. I asked for his name. He wouldnt give it to me. At that point, one of the delivery boys came in, grabbed a cup from behind the register, got himself a drink from the soft drink machine, & insulted me. When I asked for HIS name, he said, "No. Im not working now." He then gave 3 bogus names for the 3 employees behind the counter, laughed, & left. The female employee told me her name & the name of the other male employee (NOT the rude cashier). I told her I wasnt going to lodge a complaint against them. I asked again for a refund, & the cashier again argued with me. I asked him to give me his managers phone number. He asked me for mine & said hed have the Manager call ME. I refused & told him to either call that instant or give me the Managers number. The female employee gave me the General Managers card. I asked a third time for my refund. As the cashier FINALLY put the refund through, he whispered, "Stupid people" under his breath. I asked him again for his name. He wouldnt give it. I said he could either give it to me now, or Id tell his manager he had refused. I finally got his name, but Ill be nice & not post it. When I asked him for the name of the kid who insulted me, he said the kid didnt work there & he didnt know who he was. I guess if I ever decide to go back again, I can just reach behind the counter & get myself a free drink, since apparently strangers can do that! Ive called the Manager & left a message, but the voice mailbox was full. I doubt shell get the message. It has been an hour & a quarters worth of ordeal. All I got was insulted & a cold "Hotwich" that I dont even want now. Im NEVER going to this place again. Why pay money to subject myself to abuse? UPDATE ON LAST NIGHTS TRAUMA: Customer Relations reached out to me within 24 hours, apologized profusely, gave me a complete refund, & asked how they could make it up to me. They obviously take valid complaints seriously.

Good food, but not sure of hes the owner or not tall white dude on the register is the nastiest and most dude person ever. First time there, he treats you like youre a retard and expecting that by default you should know the menu and how it works. Then yells at the employees in the back that clearly were busy to come and prepare the order. Even when preparing the order he was condescending on the employees. FYI, if you decide to go, stay on top of your game. The prepare the sandwiches and dont even announce that theyre ready. Needless to say other customers touch your food. Not you friendly

Excellent service, decent food. I ordered about 10 sandwiches/bowls/lettuce wraps for a work function, and the staff there was great - friendly, helpful, efficient, and got the order 100% right. Love their ordering system, and they have a ton of options for customization. I thought the quality was better than Subway, but still not amazing (mostly generic cheap veggies and really salty processed cheeses and meats). But the option to get your "wich" on a salad or in a lettuce wrap is great!

First time ordering. The food is good but the delivery is horrible. The delivery man would not park his car and come in the building to the office like other delivery services in the area. For the price you pay Which Wich vs the other delivery services that range from free and up, you think the delivery person would do a better job. I had to leave the office and go outside and get the food. WOW!!

Meh. The salads are not so good here. Ok, ok its a sandwich place. I know. But when Im looking for carb free Id go elsewhere. The sandwiches are decent. I usually get at lunch when Im in a time crunch since its close to my work. However if Im looking for a good sandwich I prefer Mikes Cafe, Jimmy Johns or Taylor Gourmet whose ingredients are far superior.

Its the best sandwiches ever. WAY better than Jimmy Johns with a wider selection of toppings and sandwiches. They also are helpful to the community with project pp&j where they gave sandwiches to those in need and the recent #flagyourbag where they sent goodies to our troops.

Very excited to find a new sandwich shop, and my excitement was rewarded with a great sandwich, great assortment of wonderful sandwiches, toppings etc, didnt rate 5 stars because the sandwich maker didnt pay attention to the instructions I put on the bag, otherwise great.

The Wicked (turkey, ham, pepperoni, roast beef, bacon, three cheeses of your choice) is one of the best sandwiches in the area. And this location has consistently executed well for several years. Theres almost never a long wait to order. Highly recommended.

Narrow focus, but a wide selection, if that makes sense (really only sandwiches, but a bunch of options for the sandwiches). Interesting conceit for how you order your sandwiches that I imagine is also a timesaver.

Solid sandwich option. Lots of options to check off of on your baggie. Service could definitely be quicker. Parking can be sparse, sometimes finding a spot can take longer than getting the sub itself.

Its like multiple choice subway Very fast without trimming the quality Theyre lots of options too so it works for large groups of people who dont want to get grouped into a single food type

Not a huge fan from my first experience. The quality is below Potbellys but the prices are higher. Both Potbellys and Earls are a 3 minute walk and both have better quality sandwiches.

Pick up you sandwich order form and a pen outside and customize your sandwich. Lots of options to choose from to meet your personal tastes.
